Russell, at the Hoppers Crossing store was awesome to deal with, a great deal was sorted for us even with the sales already marked. 5 stars for customer service and satisfaction.

Would definitley recommend the Hoppers store if looking for a bed package, good amount of stock and even better service.

Russell was relaxed, didn't push us, was very knowledgeable about the mattresses, and the store had a good range of quality products. Overall, was a really good experience, not to mention, we got a great price in the sale!

Don't trust the warranty in this store at all.i have purchase the full bed set.but the mattres after 6 months becomes really soft and sagged. I have purchased the mattres for $3600. Mattres still under warranty but bed n Dreams staff told me to deal with the manufactures. But why do I have to deal with manufactures companies.
When I have purchased stuff from This shop, So much upset, Don't ever want to go to this shop ever again.
Please don't waste your money in this store at all.

I bought a Venice bed and the whole process was fantastic. Both Katina and Katrina were amazing. Katina gave me a good price and Katrina helped me with the order. The bed was delivered as promised.

Beware! You pay for an expensive bed frame only for it to creak. Had to modify the frame with an extra leg for it to hold better.

We bought our last mattress 10 years ago, and just bought the same one again as we love it so much. I cannot express how happy we are with Katrina and her team at the Hoppers Crossing store. Best customer service I have ever got from any furniture shop. We bought a white bed for our sons room from them. They not only given us free delivery but also gave us an mattress protection free of cost as well. I know these items cost they might already covered in the original price but the way they looked after us was awesome. Fully recommend them.

I shopped around and found Beds N Dreams in Hoppers Crossing and my wife and I liked the bed frame and complete set they're selling and also their customer service.

We had issue with the bed's gas lift but it was promptly rectified by Katrina and her team nicely.
