We have recently purchased a bedroom suite
Denis and the delivery team were fantastic to deal with
I have to say I have had the best nights sleep in years on my new London mattress

Bought white king bed. Customer service is amazing. Pricing and deals are to good. Staff is really helpful. But when comes to delivery and assembling of bed then Drivers don’t care. On 23/02/2023, I paid for delivery and assembling of bed as staff suggest me it is heavy and our delivery driver will assemble it. I suggest owner to train them how to assemble furniture as we spend our hard earned money and time on your stores. He assemble bed slats wrong and when I told him it is not in right position, he told me this is correct. I have pictures of slats. They just screw anywhere with drill driver because they are in hurry and want to finish their job quickly. Was upset because very happy and excited with my purchase but at the end drivers hurry ruined everything. Everyone should make sure about assembling as it is your Hard earned money which will be wasted at end.

Part 1. What a good and hassle free service from Denis the salesman. Will update further when delivery, installation and mattress removal happens (see how smooth that is)

They have a nice layout very friendly staff that r happy to help and explain the differences between the different types of mattresses to help with ur decision

I went into the store just to have a look around as we are in desperate need of a new mattress. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member who showed us around to different types of mattresses available. After having a look around for a while we decided on a mattress and a staff member was great at Helping us pick out The right one. I think I held her up for a long time asking 1 million questions and she had all the information we needed to make the right decision. Now I sleep very comfortably on my new mattress in bedroom suite to match. Thanks guys! And my back thanks you too!

Looks like std practice for overpriced bed sales

Sales manager lady is unprofessional and she don't know how to speak with customer.she is very rude and have no idea about furniture.

I walked into this store with my mum looking for a new mattress for my new bed.we only stepped in for 5 seconds and a worker lady ran to us asking if we need help, we said we were ok then she said ok and walked away.then she and some other dude just stood around watching our every move and then kept coming up and asking us constantly if we needed help.my mum was very annoyed by it so we left and went to the another mattress shop and they were super nice and helped us and also didn't follow us around like vultures.

Bought a mattress and need to change it very next day, as change of mind. Very unprofessional and rude response, never changed it. While many mattress providers extend 100 days change of mind, they won't give for single day.

1 star for the delivery and installation service… guys wouldn’t listen. As i offered them to open boxes in garage to avoid mess on carpet but he it won’t be messy at all and this is how they left the place. Foam everywhere…

Came at 5: 20 on Friday there were only Ghosts and doors were closed. I travelled 19km to get there. If you can't stay open till the time mentioned, update your operating hours. Very unprofessional.

Ordered a mattress at the start of November was told I would have it within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called and was told I would have it in another 2 weeks after that time I called again and was told I wouldn't have it until the 24th of December. After saying that wasn't good enough and I was coming back to collect my money I was told I would have it within a weeks and told the delivery driver would contact me the day before delivery. No phone call from the delivery driver.the day I finally received my $2000 dollar mattress I was told that morning the driver would contact me an hour before delivery to make sure I was home the store gave then the wrong phone number to the driver who was very rude and arrogant when I finally got home. This will be the last time I ever purchase anything from this store and have told my family and friends to stay away they are rude incompetent and have no idea about time frames or keeping the customer upto date

Went to buy a mattress today and the sales representative was kind and friendly. However, the sales manager was unprofessional. Doesn’t know how to speak or treat to customers. So we walked away and bought the mattress from some other place.
