My partner was suffering extreme pain in our current bed so we visited Peter at Beds for Backs. He was very thorough and very approachable. He really cares for your well being and is happy to give advice on the type of bed that is right for us, and adjusting the bed to our needs. I can honestly say that I have been sleeping for longer periods without waking up and feeling more refreshed after having the bed for about 2 months. If you are serious about getting a good nights sleep, I would highly recommend seeing Peter at Beds for Backs.

Very happy with the new mattress. Peter was very helpful with advice and customer service was fantastic.

First we spoke on the phone and immediately realised we needed a more in depth conversation. Peter waited late in the afternoon for when we could get in there. He answered every question we had, didn't try and oversell what we didn't need, was friendly and not overly 'salesy'. You can tell Peter has a genuine interest and passion in his work. He then phoned when our order was in, booked a delivery time, phoned to confirm before he arrived, built our bed and set-up our slats for each of our sides to suit. Then 2 weeks later Peter followed up with a phone call and offered to return again if we needed further assistance. He genuinely wanted to make a difference. Thanks so much Peter for having us understand, make the right choices and make it seem easy.

Peter is very knowledgeable about all of his products. He's very friendly and approachable and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything although I thankfully bought 2 new pillows from him. Thank-you again for all of your help and incredible service: o)

I went into this store looking for a new mattress without much idea and walked out with so much information and a new mattess. Peter is gentleman who provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time.

When we were looking for a Bed to cater for my back problems, there were many online places and then Beds for Backs Yarraville come up on our facebook feed. Although it is a bit far from Dandenong North, we decided to go and try out the bed in store.
Peter Scroggie was so helpful and informative helped us choose the right bed for what we needed, no pressure not hard sell, just good advice. And a very good price to go with the that.
Peter then delivered the bed, installed it and made sure we were comfortable with it before he left. Went through all the features and presets and was a complete professional in every way.

We purchased a bace and mattress from yaraville Bed For Backs Peter explained everything to us on delivery he set it al to our requirements.
And took our old matres and bace away.

UPDATE - August 2022
I've now had my bed for almost 3 years and it's the best investment I've ever made for my health. I've gone from constant pain and weekly physiotherapy appointments, to being mostly pain-free and rarely needing to visit the physio.
I've also just moved house and Peter from Beds for Backs in Yarraville has just made another home visit to help reset the base (years after my original purchase!).

Peter provided exceptional knowledge and assistance through the sales process. He has also been very helpful with after sales advice. In all he has provided a quality service.

Peter's service is amazing, have bought multiple beds from him over the years, old school incredible service still exists. Years after the transaction is done he's still generous enough with his time to stop by and check the bed is still set up properly for you. Highly recommended, thanks again Peter!

Peter is incredibly passionate and went above and beyond to help find me the right bed for my bad back. I knew as soon as I walked in the door I had found someone who knew their stuff and was more focussed on helping me than selling a bed. My bed needed some adjustments and handyman Peter came out twice to adjust my settings and ensure it would perfectly align my spine. He didn't try to sell me the works, but rather focussed on exactly what I needed and how we could work with my existing bed base. I've already noticed the improvement in my back and reduction in pain. I highly recommend Beds for Backs in Yarraville and make sure you specifically ask for Peter.

Very satisfied with our new bed. I am sleeping much better and my previous intermittent neck pain has disappeared. We contacted Peter at the Yarraville store. Unlike regular bedding stores, he gave us personalised service and spent a good deal of time explaining what would work best for us when choosing a new mattress. I am a side sleeper with lower back pain and Peter tailored our choice brilliantly to provide the best product (we went with the ErgoLife Active Adjustable product). After 8 weeks of use we are sleeping better and thoroughly happy with our purchase - can definitely recommend Peter at Yarraville Beds for Backs!
