My husband & I were extremely happy with the mattress and pillows we purchased. We found Alex to be very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us. Excellent quality and customer service. Highly recommend.

I received my beds for backs pillow, the delivery was prompt, staff are great to deal with and the pillow allows me to get a very sound sleep. Well done guys.

Visited the Campbellfield store today, and bought new pillows for my wife and myself. Alex was very knowledgable and friendly, we both tried a number of different pillows, and he fully explained the different benefits of each one.

After having two very long leg ops I decided to get a new bed, so I headed straight for Beds for Backs Campbellfield. As we had received great service there in 2012 we did not hesitate to go back. As usual the service was excellent. My personal issues were looked at, standing, sitting etc.to make sure that the right bed was tried out. I was so impressed that I bought a Queen electric and we purchased another King single for my husband. I can’t recommend Beds for Backs highly enough. Thank you Lisa you were amazing.

Brought a mattress was very uncomfortable partner and I wake up in agony and stiffness every night! We swapped for another matress and we have had the same issue. Disgusting quality for the price that we paid. Refusing to give us a refund! We’ve had the worst sleep for the past 6 months not to mention IAM PREGNANT! And I have had lack of sleep! They don’t respond to emails! And refuse to give our money back! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICY! HORRIBLE PRODUCT! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE!

The bloke who served me kept insisting the price was one I couldn’t afford on the spot. Please have some common sense, I would not come and visit your shop if I don’t have the money to buy a bed. Thanks for helping me save my money for a vendor who deserves it more.

I was on my way to look at mattresses at major stores when I drove past.little bit of illegal maneuvering to get back to Beds for Backs.but we managed
I was unsure what I was looking for but turned out this was a great place to start!
Not many people really know what is required for good posture support.we try a comfy mattress and say YAY! But there is alot more to it than that.
Kevin took me through alot of options and explained thoroughly what was needed. Beds For Backs offers GST free health care products, so that in itself says alot for what they can provide. I spent a good hour or so there, while angel Lisa occupied my boisterous kids who normally don't allow me to think clearly for 2 minutes!
Make sure you spend the time to learn about what is needed for you personally.
. I regret not actually going upstairs and trying out mattresses once I knew what I needed for the base. So Make sure you do this even if you don't intend buying that day.
I have a bit of a trip so need to find the time to get back there again before making a decision.
Will update this review if I purchase.

Great knowledge of posture and ergonomics in sleep. Best bed I’ve ever had. No more sore lower back, should’ve got an adjustable bed sooner.

We boght our new mattress and was faulty it got replaced but we have to pay for the delivery i don't know why and we got a different mattress but its actually hurting my back very bad so now apparently there's nothing they can do about it because it's not faulty and only offering me $400 voucher i don't need ur voucher keep it but you guy's need to explain to the customers that wen they buy the mattress from ur shop and did not suits they backs bad luck its realy not fear and not good for a family busines.

Patient, understanding, friendly and knowledgeable, they took the time to help with very detailed and specific requests.
Prices were still very competitive even though the quality is far superior to others in the area

DO NOT BY A THING FROM THIS PLACE EVER! They are full of lies and will take you for a ride! I had a $5500 CUSTOM mattress and it was junk that fell apart in weeks! I had to take it back 5 times.the first 3 times they told me they would fix it but after that they told me no refunds and to deal with it! ! Lies lies lies take them to consumer affairs and get it fixed!

A GST Voucher was a VERY pleasant surprise, as I am more than happy with the mattress I purchased some years ago at the Nunawading store.
With the excellent help of Ibrahim Abdelsid I was able to purchase a Cindy Memory Foam with Gel KOOL Pillow multi profile; a Mattress protector and a pillow protector.
It was like Christmas coming early.
Last night I used my new pillow and had a very sound sleep, I cant speak highly enough of the help and assistance given to me at Campbellfield and am more than happy to recommend the assistance given and the quality of the product sold by Bed 4 Backs.
