First time experience buying from them. They have really good deals, quality cars and excellent customer service. I was dealing with Amanda and she was awesome. Next time i am looking to buy the car, i will be reaching out to her again.

It is always pleasing to find a good & honest company to service the second big asset you own. To our delight, we found Bedggoods Kia in Wendouree. The first impression of driving in the workshop said it all. Welcomed & acknowledged by happy smiling staff into a clean environment makes you believe your vehicle will be taken care of. Many thanks to Jayden for his services and for treating us like valued customers, extremely happy, we will definitely be back for the next service.

Fantastic service for an out of town buyer! Can’t thank Leigh the salesman and Jodie the finance wizard enough, who made the whole process seamlessly simple. Very happy with my trade in offer and the new vehicle is first class. No high pressure salesmanship. Leigh is a no nonsense straight talker.

Wayne needs to have a good hard look at himself… arrogant, rude, aggressive and doesn’t represent the company well at all… this will be taken as far as possible with Kia Australia as his actions towards other people are not acceptable, just another bully with no friends… totally irresponsible and disgusting and there’s so many other words that can describe his vileness but I’ll leave that in the hands of Kia who should be taking disciplinary action once the complaints have been lodged

Sooo disappointed with these guys, they had a promotion and I won a price from it, then rang them to confirm and one of the supervisors affirmed that they will send my winning of their promotion (250 pertol voucher) and that didnt happen.so I followed it up with a call to the agent that i bought a car from, and he admit it was their mistake admitted.and he.said, they will never run it again, well the sad thing is, that is not our fault, the fact that you did advertised it, you should front up with it for your customers, it said on the advertisement its for both secondhand and new cars.but he said, it was meant for new cars only.and the way he was talking, he just dont want anything to do with me, after I bought a car from him, hes enjoying his little commission from me buying a car. 45000 and now doesn't want to help his customer out.uuummmm ethical behaviour is very important in business.not happy.might

Really disappointed with the Ballarat Kia service. Mid November last year we had car troubles. RACV roadside assistance said we did an alternator, but after a week of Ballarat Kia having the car, they said it was a battery. Now car troubles again and same thing happened and the car shut down. Now at Bendigo Kia and they said it's the alternator. Bendigo Kia advised that this was a problem the whole time and buying a new battery has only delayed what was wrong in the first place. Bendigo Kia organised a hire car for us and we were shocked to learn this is covered under Kia, which Ballarat NEVER told us about this.
Goes to show, that Ballarat Kia have no idea about car service and would never take my car to them again.

The most stress free experience yet! Great service from Steve and Jody. Had a little issue with the key but that's being sorted asap without any drama. Loving the car for my highway driving. Beautiful show rooms too. If only buying a house through these guys was possible too

I brought my 2017 Kia Carnival Aug 2021! I did all my research making sure there was no known problems with this year carnival. Between September 2021 and now my car has spent more time in their service centre with a air bag issue then at my mechanics. My car went back to Kia 9days out from Christmas 2021 for the 7th time and still to this day (mid February 2022) is still there. During this time they haven’t called to keep me update’s at all and don’t seem in any hurry to fix my car property and get it back to me! Today I called to see what was happening to be told the clips they were waiting on aren’t the right clips (someone ordered the wrong ones) and they are trying to get the correct ones. The after sale service is disappointing to say the least. I would never recommend kia bedggoods to anyone again! I truly hope once I get me car back I never see them again!

If I could give ten stars I would. Leigh has Just delivered my second Kia Cerato from Bedgoods this morning and considering we are in lockdown, living 11/2 hours from Ballarat, this service has been exemplary. Awesome service from the whole team and have no hesitation recommending them. “Zelda” is a smart, sexy car and I look forward to excellent servicing when it is due.

Was excited to pick-up my new Sorento (My first Kia coming from VW my whole life) even though paying more than RRP as it was in high demand. I had only seen photos of the car due to lockdown but was told it was in brand new condition. My pregnant wife and I made the trip out to Ballarat from Melbourne to collect the car, to find the salesman Leigh, had lied through his teeth in terms of the condition of the vehicle. There were scratches, chips and gutter rash on the rims. The alignment was also out. After bringing it to his attention on handover, I was promised all items would be rectified and not to worry.

After a few follow up calls post delivery, Leigh decided not to contact me anymore and left me out to dry. This is were Adam the Sales manager stepped in. Initially, Adam seemed very helpful. We organised a time to get the rims replaced and alignment sorted (this did obviously involve a trip out to Ballarat). Chips and scratches were not resolved in the brief polish that was conducted though.

After collecting the car, the alignment was still out however and was told that they will try and organise something another day as this was a Saturday. Worst case scenario, they will cover the costs for another dealer to rectify the issues. After weeks and weeks of trying to follow this up with Adam and driving a new car with the alignment out, Adam too dropped off the radar.

I had to then take it upon myself and deal with a dealer closer to home who then tackled the alignment issue which turned out to be a warranty claim on the electric steering.

Long story short, the guys out there at Bedggoods Kia clearly just wanted the sale and wanted nothing else to do with us after. The blatant lying from Leigh from the very beginning is what really ticked me off.

Good luck to anyone dealing with this team, I hope you have a much better experience than I did. This has almost turned me off Kia all together. Safe to say, I won't be coming back.

I just purchased a new 2021 Kia Carnival and with the lockdown was unable to go to the dealership or see the vehicle which i've never had to do before. Dealt with Adam and Andrew and both were extremely helpful, didn't try and push me for the sale one bit and was a very comfortable and relaxed experience, especially considering i was unable to see the car or the dealership. Within less than a week they had the vehicle on a truck and delivered to me in Melbourne (truck driver by the name of Darryn was a nice bloke too). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Adam and Andrew and the dealership to anyone. They all made the purchase and delivery very easy and i couldn't be happier with the service from them.

Went looking at various dealers for a car in Ballarat. These guys at Kia in Ballarat were so helpful and honest in my search for one, gave me a test drive with no pressure, as well as an honest trade, all I can say is two thumbs up. Many others from other dealers I felt insulted to walk into and leave. Not so at Bedggoods.
Greg and the others there were straight up and genuine. And the Kia Seltos I got.fantastic little SUV.
Two big thumbs up to them all.
