It has been two months since I had my car window tinted at this auto repair shop. The quality is good and the price is affordable.

The head mechanic was so nice and the lady in the front was very sweet too. I had a broken head light. They helped me source and fix my car with new head light within a couple of days. When I explained that I needed this work to be completed before they leave for the holidays as I will need to travel rurally before they open, they were able to fit me in despite being very busy. We thought the price was quite reasonable and they also helped repaint over the scratches on my car and fix my side mirror too. Would definitely come again:)

Always get my Mazda 2 serviced from these guys. The owner Happy does my dad's car as well and comes highly recommended. Reasonably priced, honest work (no sneaky tactics) and does an awesome job. Hopefully they can start working on EVs soon as I am replacing my Mazda 2 with a BYD Atto 3. Though with EVs there shouldn't be too much maintenance to be done.

Only downside is that the workshop only operates over the weekdays and is closed for the weekend. Probably to give their mechanics and staff a well earned break to spend with their families from the busy week, which is fair enough!

Hope to continue going the Bedford motors for all of my vehicle maintenance and repairs. Overall 4.5 out of 5.

Seasoned mechanics who provide top notch service, i saw they use high quality products whilst working on cars. Serviced the Timing chain here for my N20 BMW engine. They communicate effectively, Happy walked me with transparency throughout the procedure and advised me with a few aspects. They certainly understand how to work on BMWs and have the right specialised tools available to execute specific complex repairs. Would recommend them.

Got my Mazda 3 serviced here couple of times. Both times the prices quoted were very reasonable, delivering quality service. Happy to recommend Bedford Motors for vehicle servicing and repairs.

Excellent efficient service before during and after care. Convenient location walkable from Blackburn train station. Will definitely be coming back here.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Bedford Motors and the team there! I knew something was up with my car's transmission and was expecting to have to pay for a major repair, at least a couple of thousand.

Happy diagnosed my car for only $20! And figured out that it was just a part in my transmission playing havoc with my gearbox and didn't need a full repair of the transmission.

Happy saved me a lot of money and hassle and I had my car back in under the estimated time to repair. He also fixed up a couple of minor things like my glovebox (which was broken) without me asking, and my car was returned cleaner than when I left it inside and out!

Happy even gave me some advice on selling the car which was helpful. Happy is very informative in what's going on with the car and explains everything in a way which is easy to understand if you're not familiar with cars.

I was provided a loan car similar to the car I already had which made things very easy.

Lyn is extremely reliable and friendly with her communication in terms of what's going on with the car, quotes and friendly reminders of your booking, etc.

I am a mid 20s woman, I don't know a lot about cars and am always prepared to be ripped off by mechanics who take advantage of people who don't know any better but I had the absolute opposite experience here at Bedford and I can't recommend them enough and will continue using their service for as long as possible! Incredible service from a remarkable team. Met with a smile from the staff who were extremely helpful and understanding of my car troubles. Constant contact via text with updates about the progress of the repairs to the car. Fixed the car in record time and at an extremely reasonable price. I have been to this motors repairs shop for many years and it never disappointed me! Reasonable price and professional skills! Trustful owner! Today, I only need to repair the rear wiper arm, the owner even help me to check my fuel level and battery state. Moreover, clean and vacuum interior of the car, and wash off the dust exterior of the car! Small job comes along with additional services, very thoughtful and do provide the best quality services!

The team here are honest, efficient and well priced!
I came here to get my nissan juke serviced at 90km. Happy was honest with me about what I could get done however applied no extra pressure for it to be completed. He managed to squeeze not only my service but also cvt check, brake fluid change, wipers replaced, new tyres and alignment as well a reference to panel beater. Sure you can shop around for lots of these things. But the fact that I was squeezed in last minute is exceptional customer service.

Found my favorite mechanic. Outstanding service from Happy and the team.
All my power windows and seat memory stopped working on my Lexus Rx350. I was about to engage Lexus and recommend by a friend to see Happy first.
It’s tricky electrical issue but Happy and the young chap did not give up. Fixed all the problems in less than 2hr and only charged me a fraction of what Lexus dealer might.

Happy is a genius - I probably don't need to say much more but I will - I've always had my Mazda 6 and Honda Accord Euro serviced by the local factory Mazda and Honda outlets but you know what you don't get with those guys - firstly, you don't get to speak to a mechanic - you speak to a sales person - their motivation is sales - they can't advise and answer technical questions - secondly, they're not honest and trustworthy - Happy is the most professional, honest, hard working and approachable mechanic I've ever known - thank goodness a good friend and neighbour George who has been in the automotive business for 50 years put me on to Happy when I was looking for a reliable mechanic - how was I to know he was putting me on to the best mechanic in Melbourne - it looked as though my awesome 2005 Mazda6 was headed to the wreckers when the transmission went - in steps Happy - he fixed this and many other critical issues at a cost far lower than other mechanics had quoted and gave the car a new lease of life - it's now better to drive than it has for years - he also serviced my Honda Accord Euro and was able to advise what was worth repairing and what was just cosmetic, saving me many hundreds of dollars - would recommend him to anyone.

I had my Mercedes ML350 Serviced here twice now and Happy always provides great, reliable, honest and professional service. Its so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, now that i have found one i won't be taking my car anywhere else. I also love 40kms away from this mechanic and i will drive the distance for their service.

Bedford Motors. They were so friendly. Even after they found out there is an error with my replaced part, they responsibly followed up and rectified the problem.
The car has been delivered washed and sanitised.
The price was fair enough for me to return back for trying other services.
In my opinion Bedford Motors can highly be recommended.
