Had a lovely meal here. The corn fritters with eggs were excellent. The pancakes (gf) were a hit with my son who said they were the best ever. (Thanks Dave!) Really nice staff too

Cozy and clean seatings, both indoor and outdoor.
I had their stack pancakes which were absolutely fabulous, out of this world. Not to mention, their juice was fresh with a good service and pricing. There is also a toilet and dog-friendly space. Will definitely come back here again.

My grandson was so impressed with the service and attention he received here so much so he wants to empty his piggy bank and spend it all here. He just told me he wanted to pull all his teeth out so the tooth fairy could subsidise his visits!

Had coffee and breakfast, both were excellent. The service was good and the owner Dave was very welcoming. Going back with friends this weekend.
Well what a difference a week makes, went back with friends having raved about this place to them and it was a terrible experience and quite frankly embarrassing for us.
Dave the owner this week was the chef, the food wasn't too different (a slightly smaller serving) to the previous week as we had the same again. They had one young inexperienced girl on waitressing duty who did a remarkable job considering the circumstances. The female owner who the previous week (there were three young waitresses on) sat at a table and did nothing this week was making the coffees and this is where it all goes wrong.
We all ordered (4) extra hot flat white coffee, we got someone else's order of one single coffee and after a while when we enquired about the other three, it was oh sorry about that. The coffees were so cold it was extremely disappointing, colder than a standard coffee, even though we requested extra hot. The young waitress asked how everything was and I told her but what could she do.
The lady doing the coffees was quite clearly stressed and could not keep up with the coffee orders and at times both the owners were a bit short with customers.
I'm sure this was just a blimp as we had heard good thing previously, but as I had put up a favourable review last week, it was only fair to other potential customers who pay good money, like we did and left disappointed that I provide a balanced view of what I experienced. So maybe not back here in a hurry, especially when there are so many good breakfast places to experience.

I love walking down with my dog and baby for breakfast. Such an inviting space and friendly accomdating staff! It will definitely become our reglaur spot! Thanks to the lovely staff and Bedford Coffee Co!

Came in for breakfast with my dog, and was happy to find out that they have a patio that welcomes animals. Not only that but they have a puppy plate, so when I’m eating my breakfast, I don’t have another pair of eyes watching me ahah.
Overall great atmosphere and great service, would definitely come again.

A great place for lunch with my family. Very kid friendly, with colouring books and pencils to keep them busy. Dave was welcoming and accommodating.

Amazing food! Down to earth staff and very attentive. Looked after us to the T and made sure our little boy was set with his milkshake and toast soldiers. Coffee is beautiful and it’s such a welcoming environment.

My mum and I visited this lovely cafe for the first time the other day and we had an excellent experience! I believe we were served by David who was attentive, friendly and professional. The coffee was tasty, as was the banana bread. The atmosphere was pleasant and the vibe was fun, and the cafe was very clean. We’ll definitely be coming back again, with the rest of the fam!

Consistently our favorite place to go get breakfast on a Sunday, the owner and all the staff are lovely our favorite dishes are the eggs Benedict and the chicken burger also you can always get a good coffee or milkshake 10/10

The best chips and icecreams ever! And an awesome cheeseburger with the blue heaven milkshake is heavenly! Great service!

So welcoming and accommodating. My dog was particularly loud and crying today when we went to buy coffees from this cafe, the staff were so nice and supportive. They offered a nice quiet atmosphere at the back of their cafe so we could sit and relax…but since my dog was so unsettled we decided to move on.they offered doggy water bowl. And of course the coffee was AMAZING. We will see you soon again

Came here for lunch on the weekend. We were greeted by incredibly friendly staff, and were seated out the back on the deck with our dog. I love that they allows dogs out the back, and they were so friendly and lovely to our girl, giving her pats and lots of attention which she loved (they also gave her a water bowl without anyone asking which was great).
I got one of the burgers and swapped the patty for a vegan one. It was the best mock meat I have ever had. It tasted just like mince - I had to double check that it wasn't meat! They even took the liberty of adding vegan cheese (just incase I was vegan) which was kind.
The chips were also incredible. Lightly salted and crispy. The vegetable foccasia was SO delicious too.
We took away a passionfruit slice (very similar to the vanilla slice) and a custard donut. The slice was INCREDIBLE. Best slice I have ever had. It was huge and definitely value for money. The custard donut was delicious too.
The prices were good, the atmosphere was lovely, all staff was incredibly friendly and food was delicious - we will be back!

This was my first time visiting Bedford Coffee Co. & my husband’s second.

Very rarely do we find a place that has it all: affable staff, good food and great coffee.

We shared the big breakfast, which was a perfect portion & seasoned well.

The owner is also an outstanding bloke, having trawled through 3hrs of security footage to track down my husband’s sentimental jumper.

This is such a great local and we can’t wait to be back.

I’d recommend the coffee, arancini balls, eggs benedict & the breakfast board.

Walked into this place the owner greeted us with the biggest smile made our day before we even taste of the amazing coffee or the amazing food thank you guys for making our day

Stopped randomly here and so glad I did. Coffee is delicious, their customer service is outstanding and they support local business.

Incredible service with some of the friendliest and most welcoming staff I've ever encountered.

We've been there several times now and the food has been excellent every single time, which is a tall order that they've managed with ease.

The girl taking orders was a bit rude… but the atmosphere here was great and the egg and bacon rolls are absolutely AMAZING!
when the chef handed my order over he really lit up my day- you can tell he loves what he does!

Will definitely be coming back here!
