My experience with Bed Bug Barrier was nothing but absolute satisfaction.
The bed bugs were anihilated. After trying a conventional pest control services with no result I ordered the bed bugs powder and duster and applied it to the skirting boards and bedframe a then applied a mattress cover. I then mixed some bedbug powder with water in a spray bottle from the supermarket worth $2.00. I had to use more than one spray bottle because it blocked, and sprayed it on the brick wall beside the bed. I don't recommend this unless you don't mind having a white effect on the wall. But the bed bugs were dead. I had a very severe infestation of bedbugs. If you want them gone for good, this system will work.

Suffered from bed bug problem few months ago. Got chemical spray done twice but there was no relief from bed bugs. But after checking the bedbugbarrier website, we used mattress protection covers and pillow covers too with steam generating equipment, finally we have a relief.
I strongly recommend to use these products asap to get rid off bedbugs and their eggs. Eggs are not killed by chemicals rather steam is the most effective solution which is generated by the steam equipment and the equipment is not so expensive too.

I purchased several bedding items to prevent allergies. The items I purchased are of excellent quality and I would certainly purchase through this company again. Thank you.

Bed bugs were horrific. I calmly followed their advice as directed and I got my home back ASAP. I am a a science student and there is a best method to achieve a goal. These guys waste no effort that is at all unnecessary. I most highly recommend it.

Our daughter brought back bed bugs from her uni accommodation in the UK. Multiple visits from traditional pest controllers and more than $2000 later, we still had recurrent outbreaks of the pests. We read in the science literature that diatomaceous earth was a natural killer of bed bugs. Bed Bug Barrier offered the diatomaceous earth product, together with physical barriers, tools for applying the product and fantastic video and telephone help service to enable us to get rid of the bugs. After two years of bed bug outbreaks we now seem to be free of the problem. We cannot recommend the product and Sean and Tony's knowledgable service highly enough as an effective and cheap solution for a really hard to treat pest.

This company was very prompt to reply to all my questions and were extremely helpful, ready to give phone instructions on how to steam and apply the powder, and were prompt to advise on photos I sent in (which I didn't do till the end of the treatment, big mistake!). It turns out the bedbug infestation we were so sure we had from a friend getting bitten and looking at internet photos was a false alarm, nothing to do with Bed Bug Barriers who were quick to identify carpet beetles once I finally sent them a photo.
Still, I am happy to have great quality mattress and pillow protectors as well as a steam cleaner. And I trust this company, and would definitely use them again and recommend them.

We were shocked to discover we had a bed bug and bird mite infestation in our bedrooms earlier this year!
Since completing a thorough vacuum, washing, clothes drying, dry cleaning and steaming all of our clothing, bedding and curtains at high temperatures and then taking the necessary steps outlined by the helpful staff from Bed Bug Barrier to treat our bed frames and bedroom furniture we have been bed bug and bird mite free for close to 4 months now.
Using our existing clothes steamer, the Bed Bug Barrier Killer Powder (Diatomaceous Earth), Tape and Bedding Covers offered us an affordable, effective and natural solution without having to rely on expensive and toxic chemical extermination.
Inexpensive protective and disposable respirator masks and eyewear from Bunnings proved necessary to ensure inhalation and eye irritation was avoided during the Bed Bug Barrier Killer Powder duster application process.

We bought a pillowcase to start with because of our daughter's possible sensitivity to dustmites, which has been great. We recently bought a new doona and wanted to protect it from kids and pets so we purchased a bed bug barrier doona protector. The covers are all waterproof which means if there any spills we don't have to wash the whole doona or pillow plus we have the added benefit of making our bedding last longer and reducing possibilities for dustmites. We are going to work towards having these covers on all of our bedding.

I purchased a floor stock recliner bed package so just wanted to steam clean the mattresses first for piece of mind. I also steam cleaned two other mattresses and am happy with the power of the steam cleaner!

Looking forward to using it around the house, especially in the bathroom.

I think I’ve bought from bed bug barrier twice. Both times worked a treat. The products are high quality and well made with a pleasing finish. Even though they’re water proof they’re not wrinkly or loud like you would expect. Honestly they make your pillows and mattress look fresh and new again which is a nice bonus after dealing with how gross bed bugs make you feel. Never had any issues with shipping or customer service. I can recommend these guys.

I contacted Bed Bug Barrier after suffering months with bed bugs. I used several pest control spray companies and they had to return several times with little or no effect! A friend recommended this company and I found the helpful call centre hotline friendly and fantastic for answering my smallest of questions. They really put my mind at ease. Nothing against this business. But this is just a residential address. U cant even enter it let alone buy anything there.

I always had quick and informative responses from Sean prior to purchasing, however once purchased and I had an issue with the product, no reply to email or text message anymore.
Ordered with express postage and it took 5 days to arrive, so I wouldn’t say that is worth the extra postage fee, but I was going to let that slide to be able to get rid of the bed bugs.
The plastic duster broke as it was unable to be opened and if used force to try to unscrew it to put the powder inside it just broke instead.

Apart from those issues this is pretty much the only do-it-yourself full system I could find online, so it is a great product if works effectively. They just need to keep up the good prompt customer service after purchase also, not only before purchasing.

I have had Bed Bug Issues for so many years running several Air B & B accommodation rentals and I have to say from the amazing videos on the website to the brilliant customer service this company was truly helpful. The bed bug system was easily to understand from the various short do it yourself videos and the system was easy to prepare and apply to my various beds which are in All shapes and sizes. The organic powder and discreet barriers are not only great for wiping out the bed bug population it prevents them from coming back in future! I wish I had not wasted so much money on pest controllers who took 1000s from me and the problem returned very quickly. This system has no downtime also which is great in the accommodation business. Once again thank you bed bug Barrier five stars and brilliant organic system and the mattress protectors have lasted years! Brilliant!

Tony patiently replied my emails promptly and raised the possibility that what I encountered were carpet beetles which gave a similar reaction to that of bedbug bites. I bought the Bed Bug killer powder & Bed Bug Domestic Steamer after seeing how it helped a family member and I was surprised how quick it worked, I have two kids so I needed something that would work quickly, I also bought the bed bugs mattress covers on both mine and my kids beds too and bed bug proof pillow covers and the bed leg barriers.
