Bed Bath N' Table Brunswick

They had beds and baths and also tables, checked all the boxes. I was so happy I passed out and copped a hairline fracture lol!

Went in to this store today with some things in mind I’d seen online and absolutely stunned at the lack of any service at all? Two older women standing behind the counter not bothering too even look up and greet the only customer in the store? Was in there for 5 minutes before heading straight back out and off to somewhere else I might actually get help. Staff need some training refreshers I think!

Rudest staff! Went to this store for the first time lady was so rude! Went back the next day and the male was even ruder. What is wrong with customer service!

Customer service is not their strong point. I waited patiently for 5 minutes while the two staff members chatted to each other on the other side of the counter. I was the only customer. I’m over 6 ft tall. They knew I was there. Then there was condescending service. I couldn’t wait to leave with my insanely expensive Chinese made pillows. I wish I had time to have gone elsewhere.
PS. Remember when manufacturers defended their decisions to move production to China so that their costumers would have lower prices? That’s not the way it worked out. Mostly we just lost jobs here, our money goes overseas and the product is inferior.

Spoke to Helena about some outdoor cushions I needed and a particular color. She looked up the the exact color I needed and was very helpful and pleasant lovely customer service. Thank you.

This is a great store! There is a huge variety of products, and a sample sales section.
The store is kept incredibly clean and organised, and the staff ask for a double-vaccination certificate - an excellent safety measure.
The sales assistants should be commended for providing wonderful customer service, they make sure that all customers find what they are looking for. In particular, we would like to shout out to Vera who helped us find what we were looking for.

I will never buy from here again. I go in to buy a king quilt set for a gift. Sales lady helps me and we choose a gorgeous print. We even looked for sheets. One week before the engagement party i discover that NO QUILT COVERS AT ANY BED BATH AND TABLE HAVE PILLOWCASES!

AND THERE ARE NONE AVAILABLE TO MATCH THE QUILT COVER I HAVE NOW.

A very expensive error. Not at any time did the sales lady tell me that there was no pillowcases, just was happy to sell me more items.

Their return policy is rubbish. 14 days.

So nos i have an expensive king doona, no pillowcases and it wont fit my bed. Just great!

My wife just loves this store. I think she could even sleep over. There is a very good range of BBT items at very good prices. The staff are great and its easy to park nearby!

Meh. It has stuff? Any comparisons to the American store Bed, Bath and Beyond are patently false. This is an outlet store.
