Bed Bath N' Table - The Works Cafe

Extremely disappointing and rude behaviour from the cafe manager - his demeanour and lack of capability to serve a sandwich is astounding. It appears that he is frustrated that he has customers to serve - I will never return and will be choosing to purchase my future lunch from someone that is capable of a) smiling and b) being a decent human. Additionally his appearance of excessive sweating was very unappealing. Truly appalling and unacceptable.

Rude customer service by the manager of the cafe. If he was being rude with us i can't imagine how is he with his employees.
I don't recommend this cafe at all.
Also the quality of the cofee was not even good. Bad presentation.

I just love getting the big discounts at this store. That way I can purchase items that could sometimes be out of my reach.

Placed an order over a week ago, hasn't arrived. Ring customer service and leave a message with no response twice, send emails and still no response.

They charge a premium for inferior service. Over priced, overrated and unhelpful.

Use to like shopping at their store, never again.

The Works Cafe - great sunny spot if you are wanting to be away from the crowds of Glenferrie Rd plus you can shop for new bedding kitchenware decor- win win all round peoples:)

We do love this place, we come here a lot. I buy all the household gear, decorative items & their Xmas dec's are to die for.

Bed Bath n’ Table (Hawthorn) is one of the franchises larger outlet stores that is situated a 10 minute walk from Glenferrie station.

If you’re looking to redecorate your home, buy a few pieces or perhaps search for a gift, this store can be very handy.

They have a number of quality kitchen brands if you are wanting to buy some new containers or utensils, however I’ve found their bathroom accessories (including towels), living room items (pillows, throws) and bedroom linen (duvet covers) to be quite low in quality.
Everything looks nice but the low quality doesn’t interest me as a buyer due to issues surrounding their sustainability.

The staff are usually quite friendly and helpful albeit I’ve experienced a number of rude instances as well.

Negligent customer service was what i experienced at Chadstone Shopping Center Bed Bath N' Table. I was ignored by the staff in store for the entire time i was in there. Not a hello or an offer of assistance by any of the staff who were huddled behind the check out area or any of the other staff in the store. Only few other customer in the store and staff outnumbered customers. I later contacted their customer service advising of the deplorable service at Chadstone store and the return message advised that i would be contacted but.nothing. I then left another comment on the website asking for a reply weeks later but again.nothing. I then called their customer service number and was only promoted to leave a message as they were busy, I did this twice but you geussed it, no reply. What is going o Bed Bath N' Table, Is your service as at your customer feedback department as deplorable as it is in store? YOU BET!

I popped in to the works to pick up some bed spreads and just couldn't rave about the service enough! Annalise went so far beyond my expectations when she called around the other stores to find what I was after. I've always loved this store but the service it truly outstanding. Thank you!

Huge range of products. Everything you need in your home in one place. Bathroom, kitchen, living room and decorations galore. Purchased some kitchenware on sale thanks to the lovely support of staff. Very clean and good prices. The biggest bed bath n table store I have ever seen

Wanted to update our bedding and didn’t have much spare time. I knew this place was big and thought I could find something there without having to go from store to store. I succeeded with a little help from Sally, a very friendly and knowledgeable associate. Their clearance prices are very good, but unfortunately the coverlet and sham covers I wanted were full price. Luckily, all ful price merchandise was 25% off which helped bring the cost down. I did find coordinating bamboo/cotton blend sheets on clearance that are soft and supple. I love how the new bedding changed the mood of the room from bland to comfy and cozy.

One of the products I purchased from here had been tampered with. I advised Bed and Bath to let them know and they didn't even reply to me, or offer a replacement product. Very poor customer service.

I have always really enjoyed shopping here - an enormous treasure trove which literally has the works. Staff are always great but I had an especially good experience today. I was assisted by not one but two wonderful staff members Christina and Caroline. They helped me work through the pros and cons of the two products I was trying to decide between. Great knowledge and can do attitude. Thanks so much:)

As mentioned in other reviews their support is trash and they have extensive delays to their delivery network which they don’t mention to you until your order is placed. Definitely one shop to avoid in the future.

It's spacious and has a fantastic variety of products. I'm glad to have such a store within walking distance from home.
The service is average, though, whether you can get help or not purely depending on the luck. Some staff are pretty rude and unplesant and won't tell you the member's discount if you forget to mention.
