I highly recommend Becs IT. I needed a broken screen on a laptop repaired. My call was answered immediately, laptop was inspected the same day, quote was given within the hour, the quote was fairly priced and the work to be completed was done timely and of a high quality.

Amazing guys!
I had a laptop issues and affecting work from home. I called few other guys and they said will take 4-5 days as out technician will come and will inspect and will quote me and I got scared and called Becs IT and they asked me to come straight away and I gave my laptop and explained situation and they said will fix it in few hours. They gave me update that will take bit longer so will get next day. As I expected next day my laptop was ready and I could resume my work.

Happy with the networking solution provided by Pat and Ilia, I can access all reception documents on the road via iPad or phone, were all other quotes suggested a VPN and $1000's these guys took 1 hour and a tenth of that cost.

Sam and Ilia have been most helpful in organising and consulting on all our computer and server needs.

We needed a bespoke server setup so we could access our hire management system across 5 sites Victoria wide.while we struggled to find an IT company with server knowledge, or big enough to support our growing needs, Becs IT were phenomenal. From sourcing, to deployment, and now maintaining. These guys have the technical nous inhouse which in today's day and age of outsourcing is the "Holy Grail".

My laptop was infected with viruses and I needed it fixed immediately. I took it in to the Becs team early in the morning and they promised me they would have it ready by mid afternoon.
To my surprise they were true to their word. I got a cal about an hour after I dropped it of and was also told I needed a new hard disk drive as my current one was failing. Lucky for me as I did not have a backup.
I will now use them to purchase a new laptop in the next few months.
