A great day set at the right start and finishing times along with the correct level of practical information without it becoming overwhelming. Having read up on beekeeping over the last few years the introductory day placed all the information into context and order along with a lot of new material I needed to know. After having completed this day I can confidently establish a beehive and the next steps will be learn how to manage and sustain the hive that I am looking forward to do through Bec's BeeHive along with purchasing my first Queen and swarm through her.

I attended an introductory Beekeeping course earlier this month. I have hosted a hive for a number of years and have learnt a lot but was still a bit nervous about taking on a hive myself.
