I was so excited to write this review for Penny and her business - she is quite simply WONDERFUL at what she does. Not only is Penny a lovely, kind, and highly skilled woman, she really is an expert in her field.

I was searching online for someone in Melbourne to do some very minimal botox on me. I noticed a pattern of specific positive feedback online when it came to Penny and her business - and so I knew she was my person. And she was above and beyond what I even expected.

Not only did Penny do a thorough consultation with me in the beginning, she really listened to my past experiences (with other practitioners at other businesses) to ensure that I was going to be happy with my result: And now, two weeks later, I can say that she did a brilliant job (which was my hunch in the beginning, anyway).

I have since recommended Penny already to several friends who know I don't rave about a business or person unless I am passionate about sharing glowing feedback. So Penny, you have more clients coming - plus a new client in me!

Penny is incredibly lovely, honest and talented. I have visited her beautiful salon 3 times now for facial fillers & to start my lip filler journey from the beginning. She explained that the solution for this was to dissolve the fillers and start again. She explained the process in detail and really prepared me for each stage. She was very supportive throughout the experience, as I am a huge sook haha! I've been going to Penny for about 12 months now for botox in my forehead and frown lines.
