Was very disappointed with my treatment, my nails chipped and broke after one week, in the 10 years I have had my nails done have I had this happen, was told by the salon it was my fault, worst manicure I have ever had

I had been going to the same place for 13 years for my Tan so I was a bit nervous when I had to change, gave beauty percussion a go and I was not disappointed! Staff were lovely and my Tan looks amazing! It’s all even, no blotchy spots and no orange tinge, is a perfect colour.

Over priced for a nail trim & paint. Not a manicure at all. No hand massage or proper buffing very disappointed.

Do not recommend this place at all! Got a pedicure and they quoted me $98 for a fancy pedicure with a leg/ foot massage over the phone ended up charging me $118 with doing a super quick job. $118 for a pedicure! Really disgraceful and misleading! When I called to question it the lady at reception told me the girl who was doing the pedicure was new and must of forgot a few steps and that she would call her manager as I requested a refund, she called me back after speaking with the manager and I believe the manger Alanna told her she could only offer a $10 refund? Quite pathetic that the owner could not even call me herself and apologise for this, she was making her poor staff member do her work for her, mind you the owner never returned my call and I never got a refund. So disgusting that you charge people that amount and not even offer the full service

Alanna is amazing & so attentive to all your needs, she is a caring & honest. Alanna takes so much pride in her work, business & it definitely shows in the immaculate presentation of the business every time I have been there. A huge thumbs up to Alanna & her team
