Received an amazing, relaxing and attentive massage today.
Sevana was so lovely, made me feel very comfortable and was attentive to my needs. Her service was exceptional and explained everything well and was very talented. Can't wait to come back.
Overall, the amenities, rooms and ambience were wonderful.

We had the Refresh and Exfoliate facial at Beauty on Rose. Professional and friendly beauticians Jasmine and Parecia were fantastic. The facial was relaxing and therapeutic. Overall experience was great and we will be looking at returning in the future.

VIP night was very enjoyable. Well planned. We really enjoyed seeing the various sevices provided and trying the LED.

Wouldn’t recommend, a lot of the staff there can be very rude for no reason and you can tell they don’t treat the newer/younger staff well

I had a terrible experience. Booked a "40 min massage" and received only 30min. The lady in the reception said 10min is to prepare the room. Why would I need to know how long you take to assnple the room? Sincerely, it is dodge, specially considering that I could have had a 1h massage for the same price in pretty good places I've been before. On top of that, the massage was terrible. The girl was lazy, didn't apply any pressure even after request. It felt like she was patting me. And I had bought the destress massage, which was supposed to be stronger than the relaxing one. What is offer doesn't worth what you pay at all.

I highly recommend their services especially my eyebrow tattoos have been a repeat customer as the artist is extremely professional and informative. I have had experience wonderful customer service by all staff members.

Way too expensive for what you get, had a young girl do my facial she was young and nice but she didn’t really know what she was doing. When you’re an older lady you want someone experienced, actually I think at all ages You do when you pay $300 for a facial. Not good

My facial, pre wedding, with Berfin was an absolute dream! It was exactly the relaxation and rejuvenation I needed and I left feeling glowy and rested?

I just got a delux pedicure and my experience was so amazing! The service and the end result was perfect! Love it! The venue is absolutely stunning too! Will be back again!

They were totally booked out but I asked if they could call me in case someone cancelled. Lucky me, someone cancelled and they got in touch. Great customer service!
Had the most amazing make up done by Amy! It was perfect! Highly recommend!

Got an eyelash lift/tint done twice & both time it looked horrible. They did try to rectify it and make my lashes look slightly better but I ended up using my voucher completely and didn't even get what I wanted. I would have thought they'd offer to redeem the services I had paid for by giving me free lift/tint again with the technician who's qualified but they didn't even do that. Very disappointed.

I went here the other day and Hana did my nails.
She was very professional and did a FANTASTIC job-the best manicure I have ever had-worth every cent!

Amazing! I received a full body massage by the therapist Abby. I left feeling super relaxed and I enjoyed being able to pick the essential oil used in the treatment. I will definitely be coming back. Thankyou Beauty on Rose.

Received a voucher for my birthday to Beauty on Rose, and attended to get a facial as a treat shortly after my birthday. Love that they offer you water or coffee prior to your appointment especially on days like this. I opted for the Skin Elixir facial and was greeted with a warm bed, relaxing space and every moment that the technician wasn't doing something to my face, she was playing with my hair or massaging your neck. Definitely worth the money.

The only thing I didn't appreciate was when the technician told me she would be right back as she was grabbing a face mask for me to help with redness. After the appointment I was shocked to find that that mask was $30 and my facial which I expected to be $190 was now $220.

I was never asked or told the price of this mask until the very end and didn't appreciate the response I received after I questioned it. "You used it so you have to pay for it now". More than happy to pay for something if I agree to use it, but I wasn't given and option or told the price, it was just used.

I recommend going for your beauty services but ensure you know what you're paying for before they start or you might find yourself paying extra.

WOW - what a place! An oasis of beauty in the middle of Melbourne. I was so impressed with the products and services on offer here. The staff were professional and so efficient. Very clean. I've never seen anything of this magnitude. Great for young and old. All services I could think of are on offer. I travel from the City just for the experience

I absolutely adore this Salon. The ladies are wonderful, friendly and professional. The retail space is a beauty mecca and I have fun browsing the products before my treatments. The treatments are always indulgent and give me that needed "self care time". I enjoy my experience every time. Highly recommend.:)
