Great service.honest advice.very knowledgeable. I had an appointment with Chloe today and I cannot say enough good things about my service at Beauty and Hair Australia. She was friendly, professional and VERY patient with me. She was honest about pricing, colour choices and any wait times. I am extremely HAPPY.
I have had hair loss for almost 20yrs and this was the best service and choice of wigs I've seen. Thank you Chloe. Keep up the great work!

Very disappointing. I ordered the Hair Wrap - Medium Brown. When I received the hair piece is far from medium brown, its basically black. My daughter has dark brown hair and the hair piece was darker than her hair. I do not recommend ordering online and wish I had of read the reviews before purchasing.

Have been going here for just over a year and I'm now on my third topper, which i'm extremely happy with.
I have found the staff to be helpful, friendly and very accomodating (particularly in an emergency).

Absolutely horrible staff. Always in a rush and extremely pushy and manipulative. All they want is to sell you the maximum amount of products they can. Everything is overpriced and the quality of services and products is horrible. Keep looking. Do not waste your money and time here. Greedy and unconscionable business conduct. DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. MONEY.

EMPHASIS on pushy and manipulative. They told me they HAD to recover their losses with full priced items and discounts on the website incurred them losses, which you ultimately pay for. Refused a refund of your item KEPT WITH THEM. Lies.

This business is a disgrace! I came here with my partner to choose a wig, and we experienced the worst customer service of our lives. The owner, Shelly, is rude and confrontational. Needless to say, we didn't buy a wig, as we would never want to give this place our money. We should have read the reviews first.

Every time I go to these lovely people, especially Shelley I leave looking a million, great service with always a smile, never go anywhere else

Easiwig - also known as Beauty and Hair Australia-
emailed me saying -

that all synthetic wigs under $400 have this 'permatease' finish -

-short hairs on top vaguely resembling a mullet.

The company stated they will not replace the wig - that it is not flawed.

Even though, I bought a synthetic wig for slightly less from a different company which is a perfect short bob style and has no stubbly hair on top.

And sure they'll probably reply to this review still saying the wig is not flawed and that to get a wig without stubble you have to spend over $400

which would be ok if they said that on the website.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked for a refund and they said it would take 10 days and they could not provide me with any form of refund reference. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. It’s hard enough to even have to buy a wig in the first place but to be sworn at on the phone and treated with such disrespect is beyond appalling. To tell a customer “Life happens and you should roll with the punches” is pathetic!

They sell items that are not in stock then don’t refund the money back!
I asked for a refund but the told me it will take 10 business days while they didn’t even provide the refund issued

BUYERS & CLIENTS BEWARE. Got my feedback removed from Ebay because I told the truth about them putting wrong address on my item. Contacted eBay about this matter telling them the truth of what they told them. They lie all the time. Said they sent a replacement, that was a lie, said delivery was mine and Australia Posts fault because we redirected the package from the WRONG address that doesn't even exist in Australia they put on the label, that was a lie, they accepted full liability but lied to eBay and got my feedback removed. This is a company that thrive on lies and deception to take your hard earned monies, not only here, but ALL other platforms they get their greedy little hands on. This company even change their name to fool people. Don't waste your time or money on this dodgy business.

This is the worst place. Very poor customer service. Not able to get an appointment even during an emergency situation. Not even human friendly. Very frustrated to be with them. I think the price is low and that's why everyone is coming here but very poor service. I certainly will look for a good place.

Today my mum and I had the most wonderful wig trying on appointments with the ever so helpful and friendly Samantha at Beauty and Hair Australia. In their very well set out store they have a really huge range of wigs and we tried on a a lot of them to find the best options for both of us. We were more than happy with the service and our purchases. They also have a heap of hair restoration products which will hopefully bring back or at least prevent some hair fall as my hair has thinned on top. We’ve had experiences at other wig stores that left us feeling far from satisfied but Beauty and Hair Australia was the complete opposite - we couldn’t be happier. No pushing to sell. If anything it was us pushing to buy. And the helpful instructions given to maintain and style the wigs will help us make the pieces work for us even better. Thank you for a really perfect wig shopping/buying experience!

Hello, Thank you for your response- it is a great example of your terrible attitude. Perhaps your attitude isn’t the only aspect of your company that is lacking. You obviously need a better record keeping system because I am definitely an ex customer.

To all that are thinking of purchasing from this company, please see how this owner has responded to the negative comments on the reviews. This is exactly how you will be spoken to by said owner should anything go even remotely wrong. This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner has the most disgusting attitude and I have no idea how she has survived in this industry. All the negative reviews are true. BUYER BEWARE!

Deserves 0 stars. Contacted them via phone and email to return an item. To date I have had no response despite multiple attempts. This has been going on for months.

Save your time and money- buy your items from the manufacturer directly.

Do not buy from this company online they send the wrong colour then say it is the supplier who sets the colours. They are not reputable. I am blonde and received brown, totally different to what they advertise. And pay pal backs them so no recall. So buy at your own peril.
