I have been coming here for almost 10 years and all of the lovely ladies have always taken care of me from skin care, beauty and hair removal. All treatments have been tailored to make me feel comfortable in a wonderful zen environment. I always leave feeling amazing inside and out. Can not thank you ladies enough for all your hard work.

I went in for a facial. Had booked in for an hour. The facial seemed so fast not at all relaxing. It wasn't even one complete hour. Was charged 168$ just for a peel and a mask. Highly unsatisfactory.

Had a waxing treatment and eyelash extensions done here today, the lash extensions were a 3 hour process. Gave a more natural look for the lash extensions a try since they didn’t have much variety available I preferred more fuller and thicker… but it was okay for a one off try. Was over $200. I’d return for the waxing only.

Salon space is nice and calm. Maryanne knows her way around a pair of brows and did a perfect job on my fake tan too.

Best and most thorough leg/bikini wax I’ve ever had. Maryanne is a delight and incredibly good at what she does. Excellent quality of service and great value for money. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

Julie and team are not only skilled in their practice, they are thorough, great communicators, professional and extremely friendly! Kudos on the amazing work being done here!

I was incredibly worried about getting my eye brows done but as Julie and her team came via a personal recommendation, I decided to go ahead. Julie was patient, understanding and put my mind at ease and I now understand why she's always booked out and busy. I really do believe that Beauty 21 is the biggest secret for flawless eyebrows that look natural. So many people believe I was born with these perfect eyebrows! Also she's a perfectionist and you really do want a perfectionist working on your face.

I always come here to get a facial. The staff are so friendly and professional. Highly recommend

I struggled so much during lockdown with my breakouts and acne and the girls have helped me tremendously, even just through messaging their Instagram they’ve helped me find the right products that best suit my skin. My skin has never looked better and I can’t thank you enough:)

Critical: Professionalism
My experience here was just awful. I been a few times over the years. I had waxing and eyelash treatment. Few years ago I had my under arms waxed. I had one the ladies who came across this level of ignorance, discrimination and lack of consideration for how this might affect me. I don’t have full use of my left arm that can’t lift up to get waxed, it wasn’t the lady who waxed me that humiliated me it was the person that was at the counter at reception. (but unfortunately I didn’t get her name)
And another time I didn’t value for money when I got my eye lashes tinted it wasn’t value for money I was not impressed a waste of money.
Trying to shop locally, i booked an appointment to get a little pampering for my self, the times I been I never felt comfortable
Hence this review. I dont recommend this place at all.

Had my eye brows tattooed 3 years ago. The shape and colour were as required. A professional and clean service. Shape has lasted this long and the colour has barely faded. Just due for a retouch. Excellent service provider.

I’m so happy to have been recommended to this place, the owner Julie is an amazingly talented Lady, she’s so dedicated to her job. I had my Eyebrows done & am extremely satisfied with the results. I’ve been back for touch ups & will continue to visit. The staff are super friendly.

I highly recommend Beauty 21s Signiture Facial. Worth every dollar. Staff are also very professional and knowledgeable. It was my first experience and I question why I never tried this place before especially as it is close to home.

I've been meaning to write a review for Beauty 21 and especially Julie for a while. My sister and I have gone to Beauty 21 for years and we are fussy, pedantic creatures. Julie is patient, understanding and takes pride in the services and products provided. We are always happy and satisfied with our treatments and will continue to go to no other salon.

Been coming here for years! The team always do an exceptional job and are super professional. Every therapist is knowledgeable and friendly. Such a comfortable and chilled out salon which is why I keep coming back!

I have been going to Beauty 21 for a long time. I have had facials, waxing and my eyebrows micro bladed and I have always been very happy with the service. The center has been recently renovated and feels luxurious.
