Jodie is honestly amazing. She’s very friendly and caring. The location is excellent as well.

I had a 30 min facial which cost $197 on Friday. After seeing their treatments online I was just confused as to why mine cost that amount when the ones that are in similar price range go for around 45-60mins. I called out of confusion only to over hear reception staff (girl who answered the phone) saying “ she’s just mad because” whilst handing phone over to Jodie. As someone who works in the beauty industry myself I am appalled that you would talk about a client so carelessly especially considering I wasn’t “mad” until now. I was just confused and called only expecting someone to explain the treatment times and costs which Jodie did, unfortunate that it was after being offended by the other inexperienced staff member.

I had to write a review literally an hour after getting off the treatment bed. My Glow Facial was next level. Loved the treatment, the therapist actually got me to switch off & transported me to a place of relaxation I haven’t felt in a long time. And the results of the facial are so visual. My skin actually looks uplifted & has a radiant glow. I have found my special place & have already re- booked online for next month with the same therapist. Thank you to all the ladies there for an amazing afternoon. Now to try my new recommended products tomorrow morning.

April and her staff are always professional and friendly. Their industry knowledge is always current and the fit out has a tranquility about it. Definitely recommend.

Staff member who attended to me at the door shouted at me the minute she opened the door yelling "can you check in! " before I had the chance to ask the question I had. I was shocked as I wanted to ask a question about buying some products before I entered into the shop as I wasn't sure if I caught her in the middle of clients. I was so shocked by her disgusting behaviour. Delivering proper customer service would mean addressing your customer with can I help you? Or how can I help you? Listen to their response before asking them to check in prior to entry if they were to enter. The point I was verbally attacked by her I was at the entrance not knowing if I could enter. I was so overwhelmed by her behaviour I started crying as noone deserves to be spoken to that way. NOONE! Even though she apolygised for her behaviour. It doesn't change the way she made me feel and ill never forget it. Absolutely appalling! I'll make sure I spread the word to anyone and everyone I know not to go here. It's been a tough year for a lot of businesses I can understand that. In these circumstances business owners should be welcoming clients and be nice to them. I spoke about what had happened to my husband and family members and they were all shocked and said she was rude. If she's the owner she needs to stop working there and sell her business to someone who can handle customers with care! She clearly doesn't know how to talk to people! She even added " I didn't know who you were as you had a mask on! " Aren't we all supposed to wear a mask? Why does it matter who I am? How is it relevant to me asking a question about purchasing some products? Did I look like someone who was going to rob your beauty parlour? Absolutely ridiculous!

If she isn't the owner. She is the blond hair lady who is exempt from wearing a mask working this afternoon fri 30th July who deserves to be fired!

Her normal exemplary service? If this her usual way of talking to customers then you really need to re-evaluate.

I needed to purchase the products which is the only reason I stepped into the shop after what I had to witness. My usual beautician lives in Keilor which was too far to drive just to pick up a few products.

Enjoy my gift? You mean the face cloth? Im happy to return it by asking my husband to drop it off. I mentioned I already had one somewhere. A $20 face cloth or any gift for that matter doesn't change the way she made me feel. It was horrible and the fact that you are siding her in this matter and not taking any disciplinary action makes me question the company as a whole.

I’ve just had an amazing teaching zoom with April Brodie teaching me the Gua Sha technique.
April is extremely knowledgeable with this beautiful technique and gave me very clear verbal and visual instructions, along with some excellent advice to take care of my skin.
In just one session I can already see a wonderful difference to my face and it’s a really relaxing therapy.
I’m really excited to be adding this to my skincare routine. I love that this non intrusive technique can create such an uplifting difference to the face, everyone should be doing this - I can’t wait to tell all of my friends about it.

I have been using April and her team's services for many years. Beaute provides excellent and up-to-date services in a very friendly and supportive environment. April provides holistic treatments and travels the world regularly for the best products and techniques. I highly recommend April and her fabulous team.
I returned for my monthly facial to find that April and her staff have excelled themselves yet again. April now uses a new technique she calls "sculpture lifting". It's the most amazing facial massage you'll ever have. I've had facials all over the world and this is a "must try" experience. Any tension in the face, especially the jaw, is released. Originally i had this treatment for anti-ageing and whilst my face looked so much better afterwards, it was the release of tension and improved blood flow for the whole head and neck area that impressed me.
No doubt April has perfected this skill after many years of practice and after considerable training overseas. Her treatment i know is unique in Australia. It is very special and i strongly recommend it.

I moved away from Melbourne but April and her team keep in touch with me by sending me products i need, by training me on Gua Sha facial massage via Zoom sessions. They provide personalised caring and it is very impressive. That's why i keep coming back to them.
