The team at Beaurepairs were amazing today. They helped me with a puncture and assisted straight away. They were professional, thoughtful and very helpful. I will definitely be back for any other tyre issues I may have.

I had a really great experience at Beaurepaires Frankston. Great service from start to finish when I needed to order in new tyres as I had a flat tyre and no spare. Darren was able to fit my car in when they were under the pump to fit new tyres and get my car back on the road. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for great service for your car!

I usually only write about negative experiences, so I thought it's about time I wrote about a good one! I had Darren and his team install a suspension lift on my Jeep Patriot and put some new all terrain tyres on it too (Pirelli Scorpion AT+ 225/65r17 - tyres are phenomenal, but that's a different review, right?).
His expertise, friendliness, communication, etc were all so much more than I expected from a typical "tyre store"!
He performed the best alignment and balance that I've ever experienced. This was 4 months ago. I've since taken the humble Jeep bush bashing 3 times and everything is holding up fantastically! I can't wait to go back for a tyre rotation when the time is right and perhaps another alignment if need be (the web informs me that this should be done after new springs settle in).
Darren, I'd give you 6 stars if I could and I thoroughly look forward to dealing with you again. Cheers!

Great service with very clear expectations of pricing and timing. What was required was explained clearly and on the day of service was again confirmed, with no hidden fees etc.

Darren and the boys always do an exceptional job on my car. I've been going there about 3 or 4 years now. I seemed to spend a lot of time at my previous tyre repairer. Brought the car to these guys for a different opinion and they picked up the bearing issue on my car so I keep coming back. They have deals on at times for 'buy three, get one free' and great aftercare packages.

I popped in unannounced, Darren was able to give me an accurate/quick response to my enquiry. I needed to book in for new tyres asap! Darren was able to book in new tyres, book me in and have them all fitted and did a wheel alignment too all the very next day! Darren's customer services was above and beyond. Once the wheels had been fitted and I left, I literally felt like I was driving a new car. Thank you Darren and your team at Frankston Beaurepaires!
