Beaurepaires Tyres Doncaster

I would highly recommend Beaurepaires. Great, helpful and friendly customer service. I phoned the Beaurepaires number asking for a phone quote and if they could price match - the person on the phone was so friendly and did a much better price than I was expecting (and even did a better price than the online retailer I had found). She took the time to answer my questions and asked me questions to make sure the tyres were right for what I was after. My car model is relatively uncommon, but she was still able to organise 5 brand new tyres for me to be installed in less than 24 hours. When I arrived at the store, the customer service was great, the person answered my questions and outlined the cost/what would happen and my new tyres were ready in under an hour. I had a great experience and would highly recommend.

It was an amazing service by Nathan. He was very nice and helpful and took care of the punctioned tyre really well. Perfect service experince by Nathan in a timely manner, much recommended for anyone.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Absoloutely DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Told me to bring my car in and they would help fit 4 new tyres- I had to get my car towed here- they quote me $990 for 4tyres and I say I can't pick them up until the Friday (3 days away) and I get two rude phone calls back telling me they can't possibly keep the car here that long, they're not going to fit the tyres and I need to get the car picked up ASAP.
NEVER EVER AGAIN will I EVER go to a Beaurepaires for anything. Especially this one in Doncaster. I'm actually DUSGUSTED by the staff here, UNPROFESSIONAL.

Brilliant! Did what they (Doncaster) quoted me, on time, while I waited, and the vehicle only required full wheel alignment and balance - plus they did sell a new, necessary, replacement pair of front tyres.
Young Learner / Assistant Manager chap was quite personable and managed the whole process, admirably.
Car's operating like a dream, which it wasn't before.
Extremely satisfied!

Super friendly team down at Beaurepaires Doncaster. I've been there several times now for advice and repairs and service has been top notch each time.

Fantastic experience; from the first phone call to the Sales Team where l was offered a great deal by Johnno on Goodyear Eagle F1 Super Sports, to the follow up for the back order as these tyres were out of stock for 4 weeks due to Covid19, and then the follow up from the Doncaster Team re- arrival of tyres was fantastic.
Daniel & Carla were terrific, very knowledgeable with their advice re-the fitting and related aspects with my tyres on new STI wheels.
And of course thoroughly impressed with the new store refurbishment, looks amazing and very professional! A winning combination! Highly recommended.

I took a rim down to get a tire switched over and they did it in record time and then let me have it free of charge! Very nice way to finish a week that started in lockdown. See you again later in the year

I have allways had good service from Beaurepaires and although it may cost a little extra they only have excellent products. The service I received was also excellent.

They pull out screw from my car's tyre without any charge, told me lucky no leak from tyre so they didn't do any fix, so no charge. Thanks guys.

Brought my car in late Thursday afternoon with a puncture. Due to COVID-19, there is a general shortage of tyres (and my car has Run-flats). Daniel went above and beyond (even checking with the competitors down the road!) to assist in sourcing a tyre. Highly recommend them if you have any issues.

The team did a great job when fitting new tyres to my wife's car and had ready earlier than we thought which was great.

The person was waiting in the driveway and addressed me by my name. They completed the work on my car faster than the estimate over the phone. Very friendly and professional staff.

Went into Doncaster Beaurepairs for an emergency puncture repair. I was greated by Carla and Kriss who were super friendly and knowledgeable, they promptly repaired the issue and had me on my way without a hefty bill at the end.
