Jarrod and the team provide friendly and professional service whether you are buying new tyres or just getting a minor repair done. I have also found their prices to be very competitive.

Four years ago took car in for a new set of tyres, the rims were so badly damaged that they were replaced at no charge because of the scratches caused by removal of the weights. Now, all this time later got new tyres fitted again yesterday and scratched again, also the tyres and rims where filthy, they couldn't even clean up the rims and tyres after fitting them. Took car back and got told by the manager that our company has complained more than any other store and that we have scratched the rims ourselves, on the inside! Absolutely love the rims, can't buy them anymore, so disappointing!
Wouldn't recommend to anyone with a manager that operates a store like that, or if you have rims you value. Prices were good but doesn't matter now with scratched rims.

The prices here are very competitive. On one of my cars they didn't sell the tyre I wanted so I bought them elsewhere and they fitted them for me a few years ago. I frequent hardware stores and often end out with a flamin screw in my tyre (4 to be precise). Their puncture repairs on my 4WD are solid and the tyres are still rolling 5 years later. Your customer service is just fine. Why go elsewhere is you find a place with a good price and job well done?

Excellent customer service. Nothing else to say, if you want new tyres or have a tyre puncture that you want repaired with no hassle then go to Beaurepaires in Burwood! They also gave me a free tyre rotation + balance voucher with my new tyre purchase so a win-win for me.

Great customers service and the job was done very quickly. They even offer you a free coffee at a local cafe which is a nice touch.

Good customer service. They did not clip my air filter back on.easy to forget easy for my self to fix so I'm not bothered with that as the rest of their service was good. Will be going back to them when the need arises.
