It pays to do your diligence when sourcing tyres, unfortunately this mob has the customer service of a brick; completely overpriced, once confronted that they're not in a competative price range, they turned aggresive over the phone, berating me how their time has been wasted.

Take my advice there are plenty of other tyre shops around, I'd suggest going elsewhere!

Very arrogant staff members. Had tyres delivered there by Tyroola.com to have them fitted and because we didn't buy from them they didn't seem to have the time of day for us. Didn't even have the courtesy to clean there grubby dusty hand prints of the rims when finished. Poor effort!

Dropped in to have my tyre pressure checked. Only to be told by a staff member ‘we are busy, but can give you the gauge and you can go knock yourself out with it’.

Will not be buying tyres from Beaurepaires again as they don’t honor the new tyre policy.

Great service and well mannered staff, I arrived without calling ahead and they were able to squeeze me in and change all tyres and do a wheel alignment. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Went to Bridgestone Tyres in Oakleigh to be told that my tyre puncture was unrepairable and that the only remedy was to spend over $300 for a new tyre.
Visited Beaurepaires in Mornington afternoon being recommended and what can I say.very impressed!
When I told them the story of Bridgestone and that they told me it was impossible to repair - Alan was great and advised it was all good and could be repaired no problem.
Less than $50 and 15 minutes later, my tyre is as good as new!

Repaired my tire in under 20 minutes from a huge screw I ran over! These guys were friendly, fast and only charged me $10.50 for the repair as they were running a free promotion for tire punctures! Highly recommend and will definitely be back for any future tire needs! Thanks guys

Great service. Tested my car battery with no fuss/charge then offered a jump start. Saw the battery was RACV and suggested it may still be covered by their warranty.
