Bad luck suddenly strikes with a flat tyre which was punctured right through by a rusty screw. Had the tyre effectively repaired by Beaurepaires Kew at a reasonable price. Thank you, very impressed and satisfied with their quality services

OMG fifty dollars and fifty cents to push a plug into a hole. The 70 dollar new tyre had a screw in the tread. Next time I'll fix it myself for 5 bucks. Criminal. Not to mention, when I called (a different beaurepairs) I was told they had to do an internal patch as plug repairs are temporary. I hate being lied to.

The manager, Luchiano was great to deal with, very professional and approachable. The team did a great job! Will defiantly be back.

Staff would rather then you away then book in simple wheel alignments. Was also going to get a quote for new wheels but I guess I'll got to someone who wants my money.

Had booked for tyre puncture repair at 4pm. Got time off work and when I got there, I got turned away by one of the staff while he only nodded his head, saying he can’t do it today and their call centre will call me! Only wasted 1 hour of my time in traffic to get there!

I've been unlucky enough to have 2 nails in my tyres within the past few months, and each time they have fit me in the next day and patched it up within the hour!

Last week I had changed a couple of tyres of my car and got the wheel-alignment done at a great price and it turned out to be one of the best experiences that you expect from this store. I drop the car in the morning it will be ready in about an hour that was great. Booking your time slot is recommended. These guys are honest, quick, reliable and trustworthy. Thank you see you soon in future.

Business is “open” till 2pm on Saturday. I arrived at 1: 30 pm with a tyre pressure warning from my car and staff refused to help me. He told me that the mechanics had clocked off for the day and to drive home and book an appointment at another Beaurepaires for Monday.

This business is advertised as open until 2pm on Saturday. I attended at 1.15pm to get a puncture repair and staff who were standing with hands in pockets advised me that the machine was turned off.
Great business model guys.

We had to repair the tire today. Every time I walk into the shop I get treated Like a king. The guys there can't do enough. Even when you're under pressure they always make time for you and treat you with absolute respect. Five stars guys well done

Recommended. Been here quite a few times. This is my local go too place for tyre repairs. Will be back. I have bought a couple of sets of tyres over the years. Handy on a corner. Can parking on site.

Thanks to Scott and the team being a life safer Monday (one day before the Melb cup today) after my wheel was puncture when I arrived at 5pm. Even though they couldnt fix the puncture and they didn’t have the same brand in stock until Wednesday. They helped me to put on the spare for FREE when I had my wife and kid around. Customer service is top notch even for a potential customer.

Luciano is the man to see for tyres. He is the nicest person to deal with and loves his work. Scott gave me the best wheel alignment. I will be going back for many years to come. Thank you.

I have to say buying tyres is never something I've looked forward to due to typically bad experiences including pushy up-sell tactics. Not the case here, requested a price by email and got a quick reply including a fair price. Service was friendly and included careful work put into alignment and camber adjustment on my AWD car. I could feel the difference the minute I drove out of there. Thanks a lot Luciano and staff - I'll definitely be back!

Not happy - originally went there as needed 1 new tire. No problems went back for wheel alignment few days later which was fine. Then started noticing tires were making noise when turning went back and he said there was no tread on my front 2 tires suggesting I should also change those. Haven’t even done 40,000 ks! I honestly think they replaced my good tires with bad ones trying for me to buy new ones. Definitely not going back!
