Carla, Marcus and Matt were absolutely unbelievable. Not only are these guys excellent at their job. They give amazing customer service. I dropped my phone in the drain outside the store. They were not obligated to help me but these guys went out of their way to help me get it out. I am extremely grateful and will definitely be back again when I need new tyres again. Thank you so much.

Took my car in for a wheel alignment and they didn't align my wheels or straighten my steering wheel after saying they did. The customer service was also poor, didn't really explain what they did and when I asked questions it seemed like they had no idea what the mechanic did. I actually question if they even did a wheel alignment on my car it seemed that bad.

Ended up taking my car to Jax tyres and auto down the road who were very thorough, explained how much each wheel was out and other details. They also mentioned if I noticed anything off to bring it straight back in. Customer service 10x better than Beaurepairs. Would recommend heading there.

Booked in for a wheel swap over and wheel alignment then had to reschedule due to flooding which had no problem with only to be called the night before to be advised that they won't do the work they booked me in for and I'd have go to the Richmond store when they could fit me in. Given the Hawthorn store is 5 minutes from my work, didn't want to go to Richmod to lose half a day, what's more annoying is I had another place booked down the street (that are excellent by the way) but cancelled as these guys could get me in a week earier. Can't understand it took 3 phone calls over a week to tell me they wouldn't do it (when i booked, when they rescheduled and the cancellation call)

Nice, bright clean office. Welcomed with a smile. My dashboard alerted me to check tyre pressure. Employee checked and found my tyre had a nail and razor blade in it. Advised it will take twenty minutes to fix, fixed on time. Whilst being fixed could watch cricket on TV in a comfy chair. Great service, would have no hesitation in going back.

Came in for a second opinion as Mercedes Benz said the car needed new tyres. They checked and said it's got another 10k km left on them. Thanks for the great honest service!

I was very pleased with the advice and service I received when purchasing replacement tyres for my vehicle. It also came at an opportune time when a sale was on and the job was done within an hour so I was on my way with safe tyres.

Staff were prompt curteous clean and efficient. Work was done efficiently and no upsized marketing occurred. They provided for my needs.

Came in with a punctured tyre and Harley attended to me promptly. Up front about problem and costs and was communicative after I left. Its been 2 weeks now and no problems with the fixed tyre.

Excellent service each time I've visited. First time for new tyre quote and most recently to repair a puncture. I was impressed how that even though I returned late on a Friday almost closing time Harley offered to remove the spare & refit the tyre.

An issue occurred while my car was there and I raised this with Deepanker (Store Manager) and the way he handled it and fixed the issue was amazing. I would recommend this place and return solely on his professionalism and attitude towards customer care and satisfaction. Thanks Deep!

Really impressed by the service. Came here thinking I had a flat and ended up getting my battery tested even though the folks were pretty busy with customers coming in and out.

The staff were approachable and very friendly. Recevied some great advice and resolve my issues on the spot. Wasn’t pressured and felt comfortable throught my interaction. Would come here again with any tire related issue.
