I left my flat tyre for repair, they did the damage check initially, but kept it for one night to make sure. It appeared that the tyre did not have any puncture or issues. They aired and changed my temp tyre for me. At the end they said “no charge”, Im like “nooo! ” I didn’t have cash on me couldn’t leave tip so this is my appreciation at least I could do. Staff were so nice and helpful! Thanks again, if you are reading this! If I need tyres or tyre related issues this place will be my first!

Just had my tyre repaired and when the job was completed was told no charge for today's service.
I was blown away by how generous this was.
I'll certainly be back when my tyres need replacing as l was advised that they will need it in a couple of weeks.

Harry is the man! Fitted my brand new japanese rims and advan neova semi slick tyres for me without a hitch.last mob I tried MTS (mobile tyre shop) managed to dent every rim putting these tyres on.

They have to charge me 50 but instead of 50 dollars they charged 500 dollars I call them many times but aren’t processing on my refund. 1.5 month gone but still I’m no get my 450 refund. Very poor services

Very poor service. Dropped off Tyre for repair and 6 days later with multiple follow ups from me no action or call back. Picked up tyre and sorted by another tyre company that day.
Will never use Beaurepaires again.

Great service. They were friendly, fast and very reasonably priced. I had a screw in my tyre and they were able to repair it for me.

They charged my wife twice for a tyre and after following it up with several phone calls, they still haven't processed the refund 3 months later.

Impressed with this Beaurepaires. Jaxx Caulfield initially told that a wheel balance and alignment would cost $219.00 for my car I new that sounded extortionate so I rang around. Booked here at Beaurepaires in Bentleigh after they quoted $125.00. On the day of the appointment they took the car up on the hoist. They checked the alignment. Gave me some advice on tyre pressure for my tyres and charged me nothing. Well done. You have won a future customer

Very good customer service. Will went out of his way to stay back on a Saturday to ensure my new wheels could be fitted.

Fantastic Service from Will at the Bentleigh store, really helpful and friendly and was great to deal with. He answered all my questions and helped me out with both new tyres and a wheel alignment. Will be back.

I went to get a wheel alignment this afternoon. Will was super friendly and professional. His team worked efficiently and effectively on the car. This was by far the best experience I have ever had when needing to get any sort of car service done. The price was also very reasonable and affordable. I would certainly recommend this place!
