Beaumont Tiles Preston

First time stepping into the Preston store i was greeted with smiles and it felt very welcoming. Even though the store was very busy the staff acknowledged that i was there and approached me at a timely manner. The knowledge and expertise was excellent which made my decisions very easy. I got my order within the time frame they promised and the communication from Lisa was above and beyond. Would definitely go back again and would recommend this store

Amazing customer service from genuine staff, shout out to Brody for being so personable and knowledgeable in what he does. He really took the time to answer all my questions and give me honest guidance on tiles and colours to achieve the look I was after. Did not make me feel rushed or pressured at all.

Preston is always out of stock for any of the sealing or cleaning products that Beaumont’s own literature recommends using on their own tiles. Have had to drive hours to alternative outlets on multiple occasions. Get it together guys!

I have had the best experience at BT Preston! I drove from the other side of the city (55km+ and there’s plenty of BTs near me!) & popped in by luck, I have had a really awful experience of late with dismissive/rude/unhelpful suppliers/vendors. Brody flipped that on its head! He was amazing from when I walked into the store (which was super busy), he took the time to run options, present different ideas - leveraging his expertise & eye for design/detail, he was able to see my vision & help me curate it into reality based on my ramblings & adhoc pictures on my phone - and then went to work on getting me a fantastic deal. The customer service didn’t just stop there, whilst Brody was away Lisa stepped in and quickly fielded my enquiries and sorted things for me. Both have checked in frequently & demonstrated upmost professionalism & genuine care in approach - even with some builder panic-induced dramas the response & solution execution was rapid! Brody is genuine, empathetic & even reached out to make sure I was ok as he detected my stress (unrelated to him!) on a few occasions! Reno-ing is stressful, particularly for those who aren’t in the industry- Brody, Lisa & BT have completely taken away the pressure & assisted to deliver me my dream rooms that I thought we unattainable! Can’t thank them enough!

We purchased multi boxes of tiles and due to a few delays with our kitchen couldn’t instal the tiles

Once we got around to tiling we discovered they gave us a box of the wrong colour tile.

When we tried to return these or get a credit for next order.

The staff told up there is no chance of that because it’s over there 30 day policy and it’s our fault for not checking the order.

Didn’t seem to think it was their fault for supplying the wrong product.

Wont be purchasing from them again.

I recently renovated my bathroom and was extremely happy with Lisa and her team at Beaumont Preston. Their ideas and attention to detail was impressive and the process from going to the show room to select my tiles and other accessories to delivery was hassle free. Next year I hope to renovate my kitchen and I will have no hesitation in going back.

Nick has been helping me with my bathroom dilemmas.
He has been super helpful, professional and a jolly nice fellow. He has gone above and beyond to assist, with a good laugh along the way.

We had to source a small amount of tiles and grout for our home. Luckily for us, the team at the Preston store in Victoria was able to assist. The team was friendly and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend. Thanks for your help.

Responsive, helpful staff always and excellent products, strongly supporting local industry and quality Australian fabrication of vanities, cabinets and the like

I called Beaumont Tiles Preston as I knew retail shops are opening after the lockdown on 29th October. Nick answered and I asked Nick if they will be open like the other retail stores after 6pm as shops will be opening from 6pm. It was just a simple question. He made fun of me and said “we’re not Myer or David Jones, we not going to be open at that time. What makes you think we will be open after 6pm on a Friday, we’re a showroom”. His sarcastic attitude on the phone was quiet offensive. I am renovating my whole house so I had a lengthy list of things to buy.
Due to this offensive attitude I will not be attending Beaumont Tiles in Preston. Very poor customer service and stop treating your customers sarcastically when they ask you a simple question.
Loss of my business, my purchase would have been over $40,000

Buying tiles is a daunting task! The range is overwhelming. But I have to say, Nick at Beaumont Tiles in Preston was so incredibly helpful. His product knowledge is second to none, and he really listened and understood what I was after. The result is that I have gorgeous tiles that are exactly what I was after for all the wet areas of my house. Everything looks lovely and I couldn't be happier. He answered all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with.
