Worst place. Karen that works there is definitely a "Karen". Their only redeeming quality was a lovely young girl called Melody who went out of her way to help me.

Amazing service from Karen, Grant and the team. I originally enquired with a different Beaumont Tiles and was getting nowhere so decided to give the Ferntree Gully store a shot instead. Karen had everything prepared and organised the minute I walked in and talked me through the entire process. Very impressive. We put an order together that day. Grant kept me up to date with the order once it was placed and delivery was straightforward and arrived when it was supposed to. Thanks team!

Horrible customer service.

Staff member was an older lady with glasses and long grey hair working on 29th June 2023, get up! Off your chair when a customer has an enquiry about the tiles. Honestly your shouting at me from across the room asking me to point at the tiles I’m enquiring about. Get off your chair and stop being lazy. Sitting behind a desk more occupied about looking at your computer then helping customers. Shocking

Excellent service, was served by Maddison who was super friendly and approachable. She was knowledgeable and had quality products which made the process very easy when there's sooo many tiles to choose from.
Tip: FSDD grout is easier to keep clean than FG8 grouts.

I was given wrong information regarding the amount of tiles required and the charges for returning tiles. We were four boxes short of one tile and 1 box over for another. When I complained they offered to allow me to return the tiles without a fee but I had to do it on that day? ! It created issues for the tiler and my client.

Have a very frustrated tradesman here not being helped at all by Beaumont.
The tiles are not square. They are up to 4mm out at different points of the tile.
Tradie waiting around for rep and after five hours wasted $$$ to be told, use bigger spacers.
That would look ridiculous.
No compensation offering, no new proper tiles offered.
Very disappointing Beaumont.

I went into the store today to be ignored by two older staff members (male and female, guessing the owners). No one greeted me, no one offered me assistance. This is the second time this has happened, so I'll NEVER go back there again, appalling customer service.

Our builder notified the tiles we selected weren’t available so we went to Beaumont Tiles FTG to see samples of the alternative options provided. They went above and beyond to help us make our decision even when they knew we won’t be purchasing from their franchise because the builder purchase directly from the head office. We really appreciate your kindness. Thank you!

Only one person in the showroom. Had to wait a long time to actually speak to her. In the end they did not have what I was looking for.

Karen was fantastic. She gave me great advice on tile types and colours when I felt overwhelmed by choice.

Very helpful when choosing grout colours. They have real grout samples compared to other stores which only have plastic samples.

We gave the plans for our new house to the salesman at Beaumont Tiles Ferntree Gully last January. Our tiles (2 pallets) were ready 5-6 weeks later. After receiving the first pallet we found that 6 tiles were broken.
We advised the salesman and the first thing he asked us was "how did WE break them". We decided to unload the second pallet at Beaumont Tiles Ferntree Gully just in case there were more broken tiles which the salesman might again accuse US of breaking. The store manager helped us load these into our trailer and there were a further 4 broken tiles in this lot. The store manager said these would be replaced together with the other 6 tiles.
The salesman calculated that we needed 88sqm of tiles. As our tiles were being laid last month we found that he made a monumental error and that in fact we needed 97sqm. We contacted the store manager and he arranged for another 11 packages for us to collect from their warehouse in Dandenong South. Obviously we paid for these at the price he gave us. When these additional tiles were laid we found that the colour was much lighter (we were warned about different batches so had to accept that) But these tiles were 2mm smaller than the original ones and the finish was much coarser than the originals. Where these tiles have been laid now looks like a patchwork quilt - Just terrible!
Don't get me wrong; the store manager could not have been more helpful covering up for his salesman's mistakes, but the salesman's attitude to the broken tiles and much worse - his complete incompetence in calculating our requirements was simply a disgrace. We are extremely disappointed with the tiles in our new house now which we are now Stuck With! Photos attached.

Service is 10x better than the Oakleigh. Very knowledgeable staff and helpful with suggestions too.
