Nick at Beaumont Tiles South Morang was recommended to me by my builder and I have beenVERY happy! I found his customer service was wonderful, in particular his patience with this indecisive client. He took a lot of the hard work out of it with helping organise not only tiles but vanitys and tapwear (one of which was urgent) and coordinated with my builder

Wish I’d never purchased my tiles from here. The assistant (who wasn’t very helpful and made me feel like I was imposing on her time) assured me that the tiles I selected (slightly textured tiles) were easy to clean, “just like any other tile”, when I asked her about whether the texture might make them harder to keep clean. In fact, the tiles have been an absolute pain to keep clean and are constantly getting marked with dirt. Mopping them is useless - I can only properly clean them by scrubbing them on my hands and knees with Jif. I really regret this purchase and I should’ve known by her dismissive and disinterested approach that it would be a mistake. Never again will I use this company - THEY DONT KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS!

We cannot recommend Nick at Beaumont Tiles highly enough. He was professional and incredibly helpful in putting our order together and gave us great advice.

Worst decision was to purchase our tiles for our 33sq new home from Beaumont tiles south morang. Customer service and communication was horrible the delays with the tiles arrival and now that we have laid the tiles we find that the tiles are faulty and has a lump on each end. We have been passed on to the quality assurance team and they think its within Australian standard and that the way we laid the timber looking tiles is incorrect and that we should have been advised by the consultant in south morang. Thats exactly what I meant by bad communication. Now we are going through VCAT and it's just never ending. We've build 2 houses before and never had an issue with National tiles. I highly don't recommend this company.

Fantastic experiences at South Morang Beaumont. Sarah and Nick both have a can-do attitude and are happy to go the extra mile. Nick also really helped us out with a vanity. We wanted it in a certain timeframe, and Nick was great in following up with the supplier and keeping us informed of all developments. You won't go wrong at South Morang Beaumont!

Words cannot describe the wonderful experience I had when shopping at Beaumont Tiles South Morang. I was greeted initially with first class customer service and the friendliest staff. To then be blown away with their expert knowledge on each product. They took the time to talk to me about my project and to find out exactly what I was looking for. I cannot recommend anyone higher for all your renovation and tile needs. Thank you Beaumont Tiles South Morang for everything. I will be heading straight back for my next project.

We went to Beaumont's for help to choose tiles, tapware, etc.for our bathroom and ensuite reno's. Sarah was so friendly, helpful and listened to our requests. After helping us to select everything she went out of her way to expedite our order, almost everything being delivered within a week. Also we would like to thank Nick for his assistance with the toilets.

Poor understanding of covid guidelines for businesses. I went in and was asked to wear a mask. I explain to the lady that i had a medical reason for not wearing the mask. After browsing the range the manager came over and explained to me that i next time i would have to remain out front whilst someone else browsed the range on my behalf. This store needs to familiarise its self with DHHS mask exception reasons. I found this discriminatory and will not be shopping their again.

I was so disappointed, bad customer service, I went there last Saturday and none of the employees offer any assistant they didn't even approach us while we went on Sunday to National tiles and the employees there were very helpful, I guess they have no idea they are loosing customers due to their salesteam

Terrible custom service, only people in the showroom and wasn't spoken to. Went to National Tiles across the road and they were brilliant. Spent my money there instead.

Went to the store to find out about the tile. I saw 2 sales people and one was serving customer.other one was with the customer and then finished.i was there about 15 mints and that guy went to the desk and typing email.woow dont care about the customer service.let him to do his own thing and I left the shop.that it and no more step in the shop again and let whoever my friends ask them not to go.thats all.

Terrible service by the consultants in this store. I walked in and advised them which builder am going with. They were not interested in helping me despite the fact I mentioned that I will be buying the tiles myself! Even when I asked again for advice about a particular floor tile and which wall tile would go with it the consultant wasnt willing to help and just said “anything goes with that. ” Meanwhile they were helping other customers and spending alot of time with them. Even the tile virtualiser system wasnt working when we tried to use it since it was our only option. Save your time and dont bother going to this store as an sure there are plenty of other stores that are willing to help and provide great customer service.

Staff here were super helpful and polite. They made me feel like a valued customer and went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend the team here for any of your bathroom needs. Will be a returning customer.

Conveniently located with plenty of parking available the shopfront/Showroom is quite impressive. The staff are knowledgeable and quite friendly.
