Gorgeous place. Have been here multiple times to visit the nursery and to grab lunch at the cafe. Lovely food and good service. Especially like that they have well-spaced outdoor seating, and that the facility is wheelchair accessible. Wonderful birds too. There's a pet cockatoo there some days (has been in the family for years), aviaries outside and wild lorikeets, ducks, crested pigeons, magpies and bronzewings that visit.

Nice surroundings despite the rain. Visited the Cafe. Scones could have been a little lighter but still good. Coffee was good.

We had a great lunch here. Loved my burger. Friend loved the Ruben sandwich. All happy. Coffee good too. Busy and nice vibe. Liked the mosaics on the tables.

Not happy at all. We went there for Sunday lunch at around 1pm. The cafe seemed busy as many tables are left with dirty dishes and needed to be cleaned. There were a couple before us waiting and young staff helped them find a table to sit.
While the young staff was helping the couple, this old lady came to us. When I asked for a table for four, she straight away said, “no table available “. There were MANY tables look available throughout the cafe, but she said “all are booked, can’t help ya “
She was quite rude to us with her tone also. Maybe because we are Asian? Not sure, but customer service needs improvement.

I phoned to inquire about the availability of some plants only to be told that I should come in as by phoning to check availability I was “wasting their time”. I was quite shocked by this lack of customer service given I wanted to be sure of the stock before driving to collect the plants. Disappointed potential customer.

Great location and the food is quite nice but the service is just so slow. We waited over an hour and a half for our lunch. We only stuck around because we'd walked there and we were starving. Maybe they should reduce the number of tables available if they can't manage a busy lunch crowd. It's a shame as the staff are nice.

Can be quite busy at times.had one experience where they only had one chef - food took ages.overall amazing place, lovely for family brunch/breakfast

Lovely tea rooms, very busy so you must book ahead. The service was attentive and the lunches served delicious. My schnitzel was lovely and all meals served hot. Great surroundings, good for shopping afterwards.

I lovely place for a Saturday or Sunday outing (weekly even better) and to take an elderly friend/relative.

Today my sister and I were barely shown to a table for two. Waited ten minutes for a menu and after twenty minutes still had no service yet others who had come into the cafe after us had sat down orders taken and had been served their food then staff comes to near our table to take an order from those at the next table even after coming in after us. We walked out explaining lack of service and that there would be a scathing review. No apology from staff
or management given to us. DO NOT GO TO BEASLEY'S

0 stars, I know for a fact cool room was broken for multiple days and no food was thrown out.mouldy bread and slimy spinach a plenty.one of my friends worked here and the owner doesn't pay holiday rates and takes all of the tip money for themselves.

Reading some of the other poor reviews, our experience today was very similar. We’ve been coming for 20 years and it seems the service and quality has really gone downhill. We had booked over a week in advance and requested (and advised we could have) an outside table overlooking the nursery. When we arrived, we were put on a table next to the toilets. When we asked if we could sit on another vacant table closer to where we’d asked to be sit, the older lady made us feel like we’d committed some kind of crime. The issues kept coming after this. The poached eggs were overcooked. Our meals and drinks all came at different times, or were forgotten. The menus were missing pages and all had different items. The aircon was off even though it was hot. The nursery is great but won’t be back to the cafe.

Beautiful Cafe nestled amongst the plants. Indoor & outdoor seating. Coffee & food was lovely.

Nursery is nice but this review is based on the cafe.
Only half full and we only ordered a kids fish and chips and a sandwich.
After 1hour 15 mins with no food we left.
In my experience if there is a back log of orders and food is going to take a long time to arrive customers should be informed of this when asking for a table. Simple common sense and politeness.
Would not go again. Waiting staff inattentive.
In fact it’s even put me off visiting the nursery again. Very poor.

Attended Beasley's Nursery at 2pm today and spent $35 in the cafe'. Upon leaving at 2.54pm went through the retail shop area and noticed a sign which stated 'wind spinners'. I was interested in purchasing a wind spinner and approached the counter to show the retail attendant (a middle aged woman with blonde hair) a picture of what I wanted. Her level of interest in my query was zero, to the point where to my utter surprise and disgust she commenced a conversation with another Beasley's employee who was carrying Christmas hampers past the retail counter. I could not believe this rudeness, making my way to the exit and leaving Beasley's. I have been a consistent visitor to Beasley's, however am now going to re-consider further attendance at this venue by me, my family and friends. As a regular patron who was quite willing to spend further at Beasley's today, this conduct by the employee in question is unacceptable and rude. I recommend management intervene and address the overt identified customer service inadequacy.

Disappointing service. Turned up from a bike ride with the kids and group of friends. The elderly lady (assuming she’s the owner) made it clear that kids and walk in’s were not welcome. We we only allowed to order drinks and no food. I’ll never return. Please read a book on customer service.

There were too many birds in the cages. This one budgy was peaking this poor little quail to death it looked like. I raised it with the shop assistant and she said she’d tell the owner. I hope they did something.

Very nice Luncheon. Flathead tails & Angus burgers were great. Very good coffee, friendly service. A good time all round.

Was disappointed, our order was taken wrong and the young boy that served my family was very kind and lovely about it however, after watching him walk back to the kitchen we could audibly hear the chef verbally yelling and abusing him.to make matters worse the young lad reappeared looking quite distressed and other staff members obviously heard and noticed this too based off of their facial expressions and reactions but no one did anything about it.the other staff looked as if they did not care about anything that was happening and I could see the annoyed faces of other customers who were waiting to be served by staff who were too busy chatting with each other.won't be coming back to support a business who allows employees to be treated like this.

Pretty disappointing. Food was very slow until I went to the counter. Next table waited 45 mins not happy. Selection of lunch menu very poor no fresh sandwiches or toasties focacia only left. Tables left full of crockery not cleaned staff not on song. To top it off no splitting of bills very inconvenient as cash is not carried around much these days. A large party behind us was not happy one lady paid a large bill and now she has to get reimbursed. I think they will have to lift their game or there will be no customer s.

We stopped here while bike riding. Had a very good coffee. Staff were very friendly - service was great. The outdoor seating area was very pleasant on a sunny winter's day.
