Have purchased from b&b twice now and will continue to do so as both times have been great experiences. The last order did have a stock issue but it was resolved very quickly and to my satisfaction. Between the range, service, pricing and postage, I'd highly recommend this place for quality grooming products.

I have been using these guys since July 2017 and have never had an issue until my last order which was due to a faulty product. I sent an email to explain the problem and it was dealt with in under an hour and a better replacement product arrived the next day. Excellent service and a great range of products.

I can’t recommend this business highly enough! Online orders are processed extremely quickly and correspondence answered in a timely manner. I mistakenly ordered the incorrect part for my trusty Braun razor and was able to exchange it the next day after hours on the way home from work via accessing a securely-coded 24/7 locker where the correct part was left for me. The presentation of products in eco-friendly packaging with neat labels shows a real care factor. These guys sincerely care about providing a great range of products with top customer service!

My delivery was stolen from my letterbox and the superstars at Beard and Blade resent it for me, registered post, on them.

Have been a customer for a while now but with service like this you can be sure I will keep coming back.

Great place to buy all your grooming needs at great prices. Got the American crew forming cream and the hanz de fuoko cream. Both products were fantastic and made me hair look very good.

Had some products I couldn't find anywhere else in Aus, and they threw in a free toiletries bag with my order! Incredibly fast prep time too, ordered last night and it was ready first thing this morning at their warehouse. Will definitely be going through them in the future.

I might not be capable of growing a beard but I’m so glad I ordered from this company anyway. They stock a good range of the hair products I need (hopefully it expands a little more even!) and I was astounded when it all arrived literally the following day. That almost never happens! Amazing customer service and product range.
Had an issue with a product that went out of stock and a delayed order, but the owner sent me a very detailed and thoughtful email, refunded the product, and is sending me a couple of freebie replacements to try. Honestly the best business in the country for beard care!
