Bean Squeeze Shannon Ave

I ordered 2 stretch soy flat white with vanilla. When she gave them to me I asked is vanilla, yes she said. IT WAS NOT. This is the 3rd time I have paid for vanilla and not got it. Sorry someone not doing their job.

1 star for great customer service but beyond that do not recommend.

Coffee is consistently burnt and bitter, toasties consistently soggy and not toasted on one side, no vegetarian options. I ordered a croissant today which cost $8.90 - For that price, I at least expect a good quality croissant with flaky pastry, rather than a squished bread type croissant you can get from Woolies. Totally overpriced and poor quality, couldn’t believe it.

I’ve been here many times as it is very close to my work, but having tried multiple options and being consistently disappointed I won’t be returning.

Fantastic customer service and the line goes really quickly. Coffee was great! I’ll be making a stop here my new routine as part of my weekly Geelong trip for work:)

Another company that discriminates against cash payments. I asked a worker if they liked being discriminated against and they called me rude. Yet they work for a company that just discriminated against me. The term hypocrite comes to mind.

Visited most days of our vacation. Consistently great coffee, friendly staff, and delicious food items. I particularly enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant.

I love coming here and do so nearly every weekday. The service is always friendly and quick and the coffee is always great. BUT is there something wrong with management? The staff turnover is massive. I've been noticing for a while that the baristas are different day-in, day-out, and today there was one poor woman running it on her own. I would feel a lot better about patronising the place if I thought it was a good place to work. Management needs to step up their game and retain some of the amazing staff they get. +5* for the consistently great service I get, -5* for management who can't keep them.

Very friendly and quick service. Only drove pass here. And the quality of coffee is really good (as good as a good cafe). If you are in the area and after a quick coffee. This is the place!

Been a year I am regular to bean squeeze drive through. I am actually a happy costumer with great costumer service and good gestures that makes your day go good with a good coffee…
But this is not going good these days as In shannon avenue there is a lady staff with a glass on her…
She literally needs to know what costumer service really is… manager needs to tell her that…
I work myself in a costumer service… I know myself and always we make sure what a good team does is trying to share smile and happiness…
But she just ruins your day by really off expressions everyday when she is at the checkout… just imagine getting your coffee with such rude manners…
She is very rude… doesn't greet at all and hands over your coffee by dead expressions like “here is your coffee”… and now just get lost kinda attitude…
I wonder does she does that all the time to all of us or particularly to people whom she decide not to like without any reason… she needs to know that she is representing this beautiful drive through which makes geelong so beautiful… and to all other friendly staff…
To make manager know her I can say that she was in checkout window today 21st May 2022, saturday.
She wears glass and I wish she doesn't ruin others day by her way of treating.
Hope this review will help bean squeeze to be at its best always.

Good speedy service. Generally a good line of cars upon arrival but doesn’t take long to get through them all and to the windows. Tasty coffee!

Really good. Had latte from here this morning as it was only local option open on public holiday (I am very loyal to my local shop!) previously have avoided this place as I thought the coffee was okay, but not great from memory of years ago. I was pleasantly surprised, couldn’t fault the coffee.

Love this bean squeeze. The staff are always kind, fast and consistent. The coffee is great and the mints are amazing! They were kind enough to give my daughter a bag of mints and free hot chocolates for her birthday (all she wanted for her birthday was a bag of bean squeeze mints). 3 years of getting coffee from here regularly and never an issue xx thanks for everything xx

I absolutely love Bean Squeeze and go there regularly for my morning coffee, although I recently went through and ordered a mid size coffee but was charged for a stretched and didn't realise until I got home. Not a massive issue as it was only an extra 60 cents but will definitely check next time I pay.

We come here every time we have to head off to Melbourne. We need be charged for the trip.
Have never had a bad experience. EVER. Our coffee and food is always tops and we can’t say enough kind things about the girls. They are just born to brighten people’s lives.

We visited on the day they must of had the trainees learning! Shocking coffee. Luke warm. Sugar not stirred. Bitter coffee. Both coffees
And slow. Hope to see improvement in future.
