Bean Squeeze High St

Stayed in Geelong for 2 nights, glad Bean squeeze was almost next door to where we stayed. Went there as much as we could, definitely would go back. Such polite staff, amazing food and drink!

I like to pay cash for my coffee, however, cash is not an accepted form of payment.

The Belmont store is amazing in every way. I used to swing by everyday then I moved out of the area so my local one is torquay road. The customer service is so good I drive out of my way to use Belmont. They’re always happy and friendly. Take the time to chat, and get know your order. This should be the flagship for everything but definitely customer service.

I usually take my two boys for a treat, a Chocolate Freeze, after school and Kindergarten on Fridays. I have to say that the Friday afternoon crew, and other staff on at the odd times I've popped by, are just really friendly and lovely. They remember what we have and really engage with my boys in the back seat. As someone who works in hospitality as well, I recognise and appreciate people who genuinely enjoy their job and interacting with people. You can teach people how to do a job, but you can't teach people how to like others: these ladies have personality in buckets! Thanks Friday afternoon Bean Squeeze crew in particular, and my boys will miss their treat when we move to Adelaide in two weeks time.

Of course the food and drink was good, this however is by far the slowest I've ever been served at. No 'hows your day' or please and Thankyou. Girls seemed to know someone in one of the cars too which held up queues.

Young staff at these franchises have, chirpy, smiling, friendly attitudes, and the food is YUM, pies, toastie, peanut butter cookies, mixed veg panni, I have tried so far.chicken and dill mayo is my fav toastie, while my partner enjoys the lamb an rosemary pie.

I am always so impressed with the customer service at this particular Bean Squeeze. All the staff are warm, friendly and absolutely put a smile on my face each and every time I drive through. Keep doing an amazing job, you have no idea how you lift people’s spirits, thank you,

Speed of service is alright, and there drink selection is large. However, in an order 3 caps one white hot chocolate without marshmallows and a hot chocolate with marshmallows, I expect what I order, two normal hot chocolates one with marshmallows and one without, is not what we ordered, and we know you have whit hot chocolates as you've done this exact order before.

I believe for this my 2 stars is too many stars.

Great coffee, only slight criticism is that they didnt have full cream milk. Big bonus tho was the whipped cream. Delicious muffin, banana bread~best I've ever had, & damn tasty sausage roll.
Even nicer touch was the schmacko for our lil Chihuahua. Great service, friendly fella. Garnet was happy with her treat too.

Coffee is consistent and fast. What’s special about this place is the staff who are so friendly and happy day in, day out!

Would you like some chicken with your Dill? Don't buy the chicken toastie. Dill is typically a herb you'd pair with seafood, and in this case it does not suit the chicken toastie at all. Not to mention they use faaaar too much of the stuff.
