Massive thank you to the staff here when my car had an issue 2/5/23 in the drive through. Not the start to the day you want but they were extremely nice about the situation. Very friendly as always. Thanks again

Can the tall blonde girl who worked at Ballarat road @ 9.15am this morning get an attitude adjustment. Shes rude 99% of the time. Everyone else there is super sweet. Thanks

Lovely drive through coffee shop where they let me use my re-usable coffee mug. Always fast and delicious coffee. Good alternative milk choices too.

Usually come by most mornings to grab a coffee while walking the dog. Unfortunately though, I had an unpleasant experience, as I walked up to the window the young blonde woman working at the time looked at me as if I was some sort of inconvenience, she then walked off. 1-2mins later she came back and opened the window to take my order. Look if I wanted to be treated like a piece of dirt Id take my money to Karen's diner, at least I know what I'll be getting myself into.

3 stars, as everyone else is pretty chill.

Early morning rush for coffee means waiting traffic backs up through the car wash next door meaning you cannot enter the wash bays without asking several waiting customers to move. Terrible traffic flow design on a busy corner.

So unlike Bean Squeeze to be served by an unpleasant staff member. The dark haired lady at lunch time Wednesdays pumps out really bad vibes.

The staff are friendly but the croissant was very depressing and just a cheap small croissant from a supermarket for the price of an upmarket croissant.

The lady was super friendly and she gave me just what I needed! COFFEE.

Terrible design for large cars. Nearly scratched my car on a well beaten up, badly placed pole. Good quick service but no point in ordering a cappuccino as the barista doesn't know how to steam milk at all. $5.80 for a coffee worse than instant is a rip off. Never again.

This is disgusting! OUTRAGES ALL OF THERE FOOD ARE PRE MADE IT IS HORRIBLE YOU CANT EVEN TAKE OFF RELISH I DO NOT SUGGEST SUCH A PLACE. BANANA BREAD IS HORRIBLE CANT HAVE IT TOASTED AND NO BUTTER

White raspberry muffin was soggy. Very hot on the outside but still cold in the middle. Service was ordinary.

Staff are always cheerful and happy, quick service. Always happy with the coffee, haven't had a burnt one yet. Go there every week at twice.

Worse coffee I’ve ever had. Bad coffee bad food and even worse customer service. Don’t ever go there.
