28We generally have a very positive experience in this store, and shop a lot as it’s local, but today when I questioned a price a was spoken to rudely and sarcastically by the person serving me. I was told I was flat out wrong in front of others in the store, and she would not listen. I will not shop here again, disgusted.
Great place to shop for all your building products, and if it's not they will get it for you ASAP very helpful also
The trade service staff were very friendly and offered some great advice about my little project I was attempting. It has a huge range of timber and trade tools.
Every time I go to home hardware the service is brilliant the timber quality is excellent. I always come away feeling happier than when I got there. Congrats to you all.
I could hardly see in the shop the building didn't have properly installed lights. I tripped over some wood and caught COVID-19.

Have been going to this store over 10 years. Lately I have found the staff unknowable and rude. If they don't know there products they should be trained to do there job. Definitely going to Bunnings next time.
