Beaconsfield Fish n Chips

Sorry but the area has alot better. Got order slightly wrong which isn't the end of the world, but the food itself was not good.

I called online they picked up straight way and it was ready 10 - 15 minutes great services very friendly. Great Place

Have just moved to the area and we’ve been searching for a good chippie. Unfortunately with all the good reviews, we were really disappointed. Chips were bland, chicken souvlaki had sweet chilli sauce even though we asked for hot chilli.asked for garlic sauce and it was just mayonnaise, which my partner HATES so that was a total waste
The chicken nuggets tasted like it was actually fish.

All in all, very disappointing

We ordered 3 hamburgers with the lot plus large chips.
The burgers were excellent and the chip cooked to perfection and value for money
Definitely coming back

Unfortunately this has to be the worst fish and chips we’ve had in the area. Completely tasteless fish and onion rings. Batter was horrible and tasteless. The only things that were okay were the things that you can’t really stuff up too much because you buy them and cook them which was the croquettes and the dim sims and the corn jacks.

The best fish and chips I've ever had! Give the crumb and fried flake a shot. Chips are chopped and cooked fresh on-site. I can't eat fish and chips anywhere else now.

I have tried Fish and Chips all around Hallam, Narre Warren, Berwick and Pakenham and hands down Beaconsfield Fisn n Chips is the best Fish n Chips that I have come across. Chips are not hollow like other places. Fish and scallops are tasty. Well worth the visit and highly recommended.

Absolutely disgusting service from the Owner, he is despicable. Leaving a new mum out of pocket with no food and no reimbursement, with a screaming baby being told "to bad, it's not his problem" after screaming at his staff member to get me off the phone because he didn't want to deal with it. I'll be reporting this store and the vile owner to work safe and the ACA

And your response is even worse, I did not yell at you or your staff I told you I was reporting you for yelling at your staff to get off the phone when she was terrified of having to ask for your help, what was yelling was my screaming newborn which you proceeded to say that "you don't care it's not your problem" after uber directed me to contact you! Then you tell me the driver picked up the order which uber claim didn't happen. Again, absolutely disgusting owner and vile customer service and I'll still be reporting you.

The fish I received was on the smaller side, which was disappointing. While the fish was cooked adequately, the batter4 wasn't particular ycrispy. The dimmy were nice and the scallop was okay. The overall experience was just okay, and didn't leave a lasting impression. On a positive note, the delivery service was prompt and efficient.

We've had fish & chips from this shop twice now & each time it was perfect. Not greasy, good size portions. Scallops are lovely and fresh. Flake - it's nice to have a piece of fish where you can actually taste the fish & not the batter around it. Chips are cooked just right & the oil used appears to be clean. Husband raved about the steak sandwich. Couldn't find fault with anything we ate & will keep coming back, There are heaps of fish & chips shops closer to us but we have tried them all before and find the quality to be rubbish. Highly recommend this shop - best in the area!

Just went to this fish n chip shop and the food was the worst I have ever had my wife got sick and it was old and over cook dry and tasteless my hamburger in batter there was no meat in it at all just burnt batter chips were cold. I am a chef and we will never come back our order number was 31

Every person walking in to your store is not an Uber driver. Unacceptable judgemental behaviour.

Worst fish and chip shop we have ever been to. Burgers were dry, everything else overcooked, chips inedible barely any potato in them all oil, absolutely disgusting. We were left hungry because most of it went in the bin. Never again!

Fast service, great pack, a little bit on the greasy side for greasies. But that's what you're getting.

Probably time to retire gramps.
Too slow, no sense of urgency.

Good food but a little expensive but considering the state of the world economy they are doing excellent.
