This is the go to shop for me when I am looking to buy new lights. The customer service here is always great. Always give me enough informations to make decision of what I need to get.

Have reasonable range of lights too and the prices are alway on discount.

Wanted nee lights for kitchen and dinning room. We have battern fixtures, wanted to try and avoid having to get rewire, the assistant was very, understood what we were seeking, showed us the range to chose from, explained the benefits. Gave us time to view and make a decision. The range had a great selection, picked our lights and assistant went through the differences in globes. Very please with service and products.

A big thank you to the wonderful Anita for always going above and beyond for me, she not only demonstrated great customer service but was always willing to help even after completing our transaction in store, her great product knowledge enable me to make great and proactive decisions when purchasing lighting for my developments. Highly recommended going to see Anita if you are looking for 10/10 customer service. Had a fantastic experience and will always be a return customer. Keep up the great work Anita!

We purchased 5 fanaway lights and 1 pendant from Oakleigh Beacon.
We were so pleased with the advice and service we received from Cherry.
She had fantastic solutions for our tricky room spaces.

Called Beacon Lighting Oakleigh this morning to order replacement globes was informed they were still under warranty and spoke to Bek was offered a replacement no charge and because I don't drive they even offered to deliver them to me. Bek couldn't have been kinder.

Was expecting them during the day and an hour later they were delivered to me personally by Samantha about an hour later. The service was the best service I have ever received.

Highly recommend this store and will be buying all my lighting needs from them.

We have been really happy with this store. I would particularly like to thank Michelle and the whole team. We bought few lamp and one of the lamp's switch was not working. She was happy to provide the replacement with almost no questions asked and even helped us with few other tips/tricks around the lamp itself to take care of. Highly recommend the store.

I bought 3 X Display Ceiling Fans and spent around $ 450.00 at this store there was no pressure from The Sales manager.and he gave us the Cards of 3 Recommended installers to do the installation of the reverse cycle Ceiling Fans.and intend to recommend This Oakleigh Branch of Beacon Lighting to anyone who requires to purchase.

Yesterday I rang the store for advice to discuss my Mother & Child lamp which wasn't their product and wanted a new globe for it and spoke to Stephanie who said to come in. Today, Wednesday 2nd December, 2020 at around lunch time I took the lamp, globe and bits and found Stephanie and they had the special globe. She asked me to bring in my lamp from my car, as I had no idea how to put it in. Stephanie and Michelle very kindly and adeptly put the globe in along with the screws etc, but not only that, I want to say too, that Michelle who works there too, in the end totally fixed my very wobbly lamp. I just can't thank the both ladies plus the other lady there enough. Michelle you're so clever as it was a bit tricky. Talk about elated. I'm jumping for joy because its the best thing ever. Its totally fixed! Stephanie and Michelle Thank you sooooo much for your kindness and in fixing my lamp. I'm totally rapt. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for your fabulous service.

I visited the store on Monday the 25th November. Fantastic store, friendly stuff, very knowledgeable and would recommend that if you need lights, fans or pendants to go and see them

Love the new beacon lighting store. The staff where very helpful and managed to find and help us out with a great new light.

Very good place to do lights shopping. We went there to find some lights for our new house. They have numerous collections of different price ranges. We've found a number of lights abd had to decide which ones to buy. Staffs are more helpful than the manager.

Great range of lights. The customer service I received was great. He answered all of my questions as I had no idea about what exactly I needed or wanted.

Didnt buy anything but everyone was friendly went here for an interview. Store was merchandised well.

The selection is limited to a few suppliers, mainly selling their home brand. In my opinion they are overpriced and similar quality lamps can be found cheaper at Bunnings.

Most of the stock, especially the pendants that they sell, can be found online at almost half the price. Their LED down-lights are insanely overpriced, along with the exhaust fans and ceiling fans. In saying that, the staff are friendly and very helpful, which is something you don't get with an online store.

Even though they had 3 staff standing behind the counter not serving on a Saturday, the staff member that eventually served me acted as though it was a hassle to answer my questions.
There were a few items i needed to purchase today. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Purchased a lamp and $30 globe to go with it, The globe stopped working within 2 weeks with less than 10 hours use. The store claims this is not covered under warranty, with a policy like this I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

Bought a pendant light a week before. We changed our mind and decided to return it. The helpful staff accepted our lighting back with no fuss and continued to offer us fantastic and helpful advice.

Not to bad, 1 staff member was a little hostile until they realised I am an electrician and knew exactly what i wanted, they seem to be stoked well
