I've never had a bad experience here. Today I came in to get help with a broken lamp I had and Laura the store manager, fixed any issues quickly and with kindness.

Highly recommend this store for your lamp needs. The pricing can be a bit expensive but look out for their sales and the team are super helpful too.

I have been there twice in the last few days and can only say that the service from Amyee was outstanding, she was professional, patient and a joy to work with. Today, the young man who served me was customer focused. Will be happy to return.

Never again. The salesman is not friendly at all. We had a light on hold from another store. Picked it up asking for the same 10% off as the sunshine store (which had Amazing customer service). The salesman had a disapproving facial expression, saying I don’t understand why they have you 10% off, and that it’s only $15.he reluctantly gave us only 5%z We asked for the reciept to be put under our business name.his response nope I can’t do that now it’s already gone through, it’s too late.we left and will NEVER come back!

I give this rating to Dave at the Highpoint store. Previous store was a disappointment so I exchanged my purchase at Highpoint. I was so very lucky to get this guy who not only knew technical matters but also understood aesthetics. I am so grateful to Dave for the extra effort and nudge he gave me to purchase the right item. Can't speak highly enough about this salesman.
