Beacon Lighting Hoppers Crossing

Had a lovely experience today at Hoppers Crossing beacon lighting. I had an electrician here installing lights I had previously bought from them, and unfortunately found one of the shades was broken. Was no problem at all, I took back just the broken shade and they exchanged it for me. Super simple. Will be back in the future when I need more lights ️

I've been purchasing from this store for over 2 years now and whether I've been buying a new item, a discounted item, returning an item and even buying an item from another store I have always enjoyed the best all round customer service experience from all the staff. Truly a pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful group of people.
Recently after a negative experience in another branch, the HC staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation which saved me time and money and honestly impressed me even more and led me to writing this review. Well done, keep up the great work!

Every time I have dealt with Beacon lighting it's been a good experience. I recently purchased goods from another Beacon lighting store and the service was good but not great like here at Hoppers. I would recommend in a heart beat.

Not all members of the team are customer centric. Seemed to be a senior team member but dint want to talk or greet or make any eye contact.

Sarah and her team at beacon are most helpful and super honest. They tell you what will and will not work so that you have no surprises when you get home. They are extremely patient and really listen to what you need and advise in the best possible way. I have been going to this store for some time and would recommend them to any one who asks me about lights and fans. A+

Nice Shop. Customer service is good when not many people inside store. Had to wait 15-20 mins, being second in a queue.

Excellent service and great communication in getting our products to us during COVID. Some items were out of stock so they were back ordered for us and we were told how long the wait would be. Considering the current global pandemic, this did not surprise us. Once the items were received we were offered to either pick up the final items or have them delivered. Due to the 5km travel restriction, Beacon offered to deliver the items to us that day. The items were personally delivered to our home. Great service in these tough times. Slow service cos they are so busy helping other customers, but excellent people to deal with, so polite and helpful, will go back anytime, recommend this shop for all things lighting. Regards Andrew

This is more of a review of Beacon Lighting Online as much as its store at Hoppers Crossing. They have a good selection of lighting solutions from the traditional to Modern, with a bias towards Modern. After a varied search across sites and stores, we settled for two bedside table lights, with a contemporary Chinese vase base, but unfortunately they had only one in stock at the Hoppers store. So we ordered two online for delivery. No hassle in ordering, but the delivery did not take place as expected. It was easy getting through to Beacon Lighting, and they confirmed that the parcels had been collected by the courier on the due date, but still no parcels. Eventually, after about two weeks one parcel arrived with the two shades, but no bases! Really a debacle, by the delivery people, but Beacon Lighting were very nice enabling us to collect the two fresh bases from the Hoppers Store. And the parcel came in another week later which we returned to the store. The point is that Beacon people turned this unpleasant experience into a pleasant one in the way they managed it. The staff was friendly and prompt in following up, and finding a solution. Overall happy with the experience and the product.

Good quality lightings. I enjoyed looking around and just bought lights in a great deal. Friendly and helpful staff.

Paid a few visits to this store and all times had exceptional service from their team. Very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable and although I was asking a lot of questions, nothing was ever to difficult. Great service guys.

Customer service was excellent. The young lady was an excellent sales person. I ended up purchasing a second globe because she sold me on the benefits of them.

I liked this place, recently i have brought my pendent lights.i got it in hopper crossing branch. This is lovely place with good collection of modern and traditional lighting solution. Staffs are friendly and understanding.

1. Products are bit pricey
2. No many promotion happening

Beacon Lighting, on Geelong Road, Hoppers Crossing, is a great store for your lighting requirements. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and if you join as a member, which is free of charge, you always get minimum of 10% off your purchase. I always come here for my lighting needs.

The most amazing minimalist lights on the market (including online) and excellent customer service. Great work team!
