Beautiful variety of lighting and great quality as always. It's a shame that not one staff member came to assist me. The shop was not crowded at the time. Customer service needs to be better in this store.
If you visit this store, make sure you look for Margaret! Not only she was very helpful in choosing the right lighting designs based on our house theme but her attention to detail is on point (i.e. What kind of globes that goes with the pendant lighting, should it be warm/cool, power consumption etc.) 5 out of 5 stars!
The team at this Beacon store have been so helpful and patient with me over the months it's taken to select lighting for our build. Fred in particular was super knowledgeable with lighting design and took a LOT of time to help me choose a home full of cohesive, complimentary pieces - and I was never pushed to buy a more expensive option. Flexibility and A1 customer service!
