Terrible customer service and phone manner from management and staff at Coburg. The management and staff at Preston and Craigieburn were wonderful!
Needed a new light centrepiece and initially went to Bunnings then walked across here due to Bunnings limited stock & zero service. Sebastian was so knowledgable, friendly & patient about what would work and the practicality of a new light fitting on a very old ceiling. Such fantastic customer service - highly recommend & will be back for future lighting needs.
Service was great.so why the 1 star.because Beacon are selling light fixtures which are completely disposable - no need to change a globe, just throw the whole thing out. Unbelievable
