From the minute my husband and I walked it, it was just so joyful. The experience was fantastic and just genuinely chatting about the car I loved. I have had my volkswagen t roc r for 1 day and I can not wipe the smile off my face since the very start of this experience.

Roy was so lovely, genuinely funny and made the experience great! He did not push us into buying a car even though I knew the t roc was the one!

Chris was fantastic and so friendly also and made the finance experience a pleasure. The whole process was so quick and done so professionally. I am the happiest woman right now!

WARNING! Had 2 very bad experiences with this dealership in terms of there Mechanics not being able to do there job properly. I bought a VW Golf privately off a mechanic in the dealership who assured me the car was in great condition for only 3 days later we had a Fuel Leak! We took the car back to the dealership mechanic to get fixed they again assured us that the car was fixed and in fine condition for a week later the exact problem too occur! We then took our car to another garage in Cranbourne where they fixed the problem for the nearly half the price and we have had no problems since. Would not recommend visiting this dealership at all under any circumstances as they are clearly very unprofessional and not appropriately skilled

Do not waste your time coming to this abomination of a dealership. I had the misfortune of coming here today to test drive a golf. The salesman was trying to push T-ROCs instead, I politely waited for his spiel to finish, before again mentioning we're interested in the golf. Instead of asking for my license like every single other dealership, he asked how I was going to pay for the car, I let him know it's not his concern as I haven't even decided if I want the car, seeing as I haven't test driven it. He refused to let me test drive the car without any further information, basically all these snakes care about is your money, they don't care if you're happy with something before purchase, just your hard earned dollars. He then said that people come in to test drive but not buy and the dealership is interested in selling cars, not test driving cars. What do you think I was there for you stuck up pig, for the great conversation? We had spoken already that I have an MK7.5R, that we were looking for a car for my partner, I'm certainly not coming to joy ride in a 110 TSI golf. We went to 5 other dealerships today and every single one allowed us to test drive a car without this pushy downright arrogant sales pitch. I've had a polo gti in the past, I daily a 7.5 golf r, we've had two other polos and a toureag in our family. Not one of us will ever come to this disgrace of a dealership. It's places like this that give all car dealers a bad name.

Anthony and Anthony did a tremendous job and got me into the car I wanted! Mostly handled over the phone (I live 270ks away). Great price, great car (looks better than the photos) and I feel I got a great price and great car without a hassle. It’s good to know there are some businesses left that understand the importance of honesty and customer service! Well done A&A!

This dealership sold me a faulty car for $24,000 in December 2021. After only 4 months of ownership and 7,000km driven, the water pump and radiator had to be replaced. Since this work has been done, there has been a whistling/vibrating noise coming from the engine. I have informed the team multiple times over the phone and in person about this issue over the past 6 months and they continually told me nothing was wrong. The car has now completely seized and this dealership is attempting to charge me another $24,000 for a new engine after only 12 months of ownership and 24,000km driven. The response from their service representatives has forced me to contact consumer affairs and seek legal advice. Worst experience purchasing a vehicle I have ever had and would not recommend you spend your money here

Saw a Luxe Brand Pre Loved car listed on Car Sales, sent an enquiry about how the car presented as it was a long drive for us and didn’t want to arrive to find a car with serious cosmetic issues - we communicated with George as the Second Hand car Sales Rep and he was honest and advised it was worth the drive!
We had great communication leading up to the visit, we did chose to put a hold deposit on the car (we knew it was the make, model, colour & spec we had been looking for) so it was a matter of seeing it in person to inspect the car. We made a dash down on a Friday afternoon, George was friendly & down to earth upon our arrival, we test drove the car and decided it was the one. We committed to the purchase and arranged collection in a week, we were fully explained the details of how payment was to be made and during the week we received a call from Mandy regarding paint care for the car and after being given all the details we decided it was the right option for the extra cost to have it on this car.
When we arrived to pick up the car it had a nice red bow upon it, we were explained about using the shampoo for the future cleaning of the car after having the paint protection done, we got the keys and drove away with a smile. It was a friendly, pleasant, stress free experience in buying a pre loved car. Thank you Team Beachside VW.

Took my car in to have the cabin fan repaired/fixed. They wanted to charge me $180/hr and quoted almost $1200 for the job. Unbelievable. Sorry guys, you're just mechanics, not lawyers

Update. Bought a fan from the wreckers for $62. Removed, fitted and installed in 3 hours. Saved $1000 by doing an easy job like this myself.
