Food was amazing. Pies had immense variety and were super tasty. Only thing is that ordered a weak almond latte and specifically said weak 4 times but it was still strong. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to have lunch

One of the best French vanilla slices I have ever had. Am back tomorrow for a second one.

Best bakery in the San Remo / Cape Woolamai area. Loads of options, awesome service, excellent coffee. Clearly the owners love what they do. Ham & cheese toasties and chunky meat pies are THE best!

Open early, coffee was hot on a cold winter morning. Lots of pies and pastries and pleasant staff. Couldn't ask for more really

The bruffins are so filling which we needed after camping in the winter cold seaside. Coffee was incredible. Like coffee snob level incredible. Also loves the pies - sooo country and wholesome. And the baked goods are like national treasures. Perfected recipes that taste 80 years old. Highly recommend the cinnamon and jam donuts. Very friendly staff:)

Had the popular steak, cheese and bacon pie. Yummy! Creamy cheese with small hunks of steak and bacon bits.

The sausage roll is a bit above average but tastes of quality and has a good amount of meat compared to other filling.
Satay chicken pie was nice flavour and topping but would be awesome with a bit more peanut.personal opinion, am sure most will really like it just as I did too!

Very good pies and the cakes are lovely, I haven't had everything I didn't think was fantastic

Visited this Bakery / cafe ️ in San Remo for the first and last time.
The only things which saved it from getting an even lower rating was its range of bakery items?
We ordered a large cappuccino, a chai latte and a French vanilla slice to eat in.

The bakery presents itself as a cafe, with tables, chairs and an outside seating are. As such I expected the drinks to be served in cups and the slice to be on a plate, along with a knife and serviettes.
To my surprise they were not. The drinks were in takeaway cups, the French vanilla slice in a paper bag. No knife or serviettes were provided.
Though the slice was indeed delicious, eating it was a messy affair and having nothing to clean off our fingers with was a disappointment.
Not the friendliest staff we have come across and their response when quizzed about the manner in which the drinks and food was served, bought about a ‘we only provide them as takeaway’.
If that is their business model, that is fine. But if it is, then they should remove the seating and cease to portray the business as a bakery / cafe. To do otherwise is misleading and that is very poor form indeed.

Do we recommend this business? /
As a Takeaway… perhaps.
As a Cafe…. No we do not.

There are plenty of other cafes in San Remo that do it far better than this place.

Stopped in for a spot of lunch on the way back to the city. Really glad we did, I had the steak, cheese & bacon pie and sausage roll. My travelling companion had the egg & bacon pie. Both pies were awesome so good in fact we ended up buying 6 cold pies to take home with us so we could have them at home. The place was really busy and there was a line and it took a good 5+mins or so to get served. They also had coffee, filled rolls & heaps of yummy looking desserts (I can recommend the Bee-stings which had a mountain of fresh cream in it, it's so nice to get cakes with fresh cream in them, instead of mock cream etc). So next time I'm in the area I will certainly be stopping in again.

Went for the famous vanilla slice but was too late. Sold out. Had coffee and chocolate eclairs instead. Wonderful products. Great service. We will go back, earlier, for the vanilla slice soon.

Great bread, super yummy doughnuts, perfect vanilla slice. Pies and sausage rolls are tasty and the staff are lovely, really friendly and helpful with recommendations, and very patient when we struggle to choose from their amazing selection of delectable baked goods! We are so lucky to have such an excellent local bakery in San Remo

Was spoken to today in such an abusive way, there is no way i will ever go here again. Pretty sure he was the owner, terrible way of speaking to customers.if i could give a 0 star rating i would.

Nice cakes, fast pleasant service, pretty busy today because of the public holiday, and Covid restrictions only allowing 4 people in the shop but usually good and worth a visit.
