Beach Park Tourist Caravan Park

Room are fantastic size and bed really comfortable but the cleaners need to get down under the beds, rubbish and so much dust.

This camping was average but we expected something better for the price (77$ for an unpowered site during off-peak season).
No wifi!
Amenities were clean but a bit old.
Outdoor kitchen was very old and quite dirty.
However, swimming pool was nice and it’s very near the beach.
If you need any informations from the reception desk just forget it…

Was encountered by the racist manager going to use the caravan park to book for a camping spot for our day trip and simply asked to use the bathroom and was proceeded to be attacked by the owner/manager (white man with the Bluetooth on left ear), mentioned that “you don’t go to a business and help yourself”, made a big scene and attempted to chase us out (even went to the women’s bathroom to chase my friend out). Very racially motivated and wouldn’t recommend anybody coming from the city to camp here especially if ur not white.

Got to the caravan park to find our cabin was still being cleaned. Upon moving into it found there was no smoke detector, there was a hole in the lino, water damage on the walls, the bed was very uncomfortable, the toilet had not been cleaned neither had the shower. Finally under the couch was the previous person's M&Ms and the TV in the double bed had dust on it.
Not nice experience at all

Stayed in the resort apartments and absolutely loved it. Clean modern and equipped with dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. Can use all the facilities of the caravan park including pool and games room. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Loved the short walk to the beach and close proximity to shop, cafes and main Cowes strip. Great Rates for peak season in Summer! Loved having the pool and a small area of grass for kids to play. Would probably recommend to some guest to leave extra cars outside or park saver as it makes it hard to get around cabins.

Managers really friendly & accomadating, good sites, big pool solar heated, off peak Park is quiet. Park doesn't have sea view but no issue as it is right on the beach.

Excellent value, great location in Cowes Phillip Island close to all major shopping, on the beach, friendly staff, clean facilities, great drive through caravan site.only had two days to see sights but could easily spend a week.keen to come back.

We hired a budget cabin for two nights. Even though we didn't expect much for a budget cabin, we expected it to be clean. Upon arrival there was insufficient room to park car, no wiufi, & the main bedroom was grotty with dead insects on and inside the bed. Also, I informed the manager of a dangerous loose plank on the step to the front door. Result: not fixed. Will not return.

We have been coming to Beach Park for a few years now and it is a lovely family park in an excellent location right on the beach. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short this time to come home and isolate and Anthony was so accommodating and we are so, so appreciative. We will be back for many years to come, Thank you!

The camp site they gave me should not of been used as a camp site it was disgusting 3 gas bottles on one side 2 large water tanks behind me and very small the most depressing place to camp

Very safe for the children, very quiet for sleeping. Pool was nice beach was moments away and with in 10 minutes walk from Cowes main shopping strip.

I tried to make a booking here, called to enquire about a double story loft and got spoken to extremely rudely. All I had done was asked a simple question very politely about how many people it could sleep, and if they'd be accomodating to more people. They were not prepared to take more so I kindly replied with how I would have to call them back and see if our group would be happy splitting up, I got replies such as "nah you would trash the place" or "I don't want you staying there" keeping in mind I had spoken to this person for less then 3 minutes. The male that I talked to did not want to answer any of my questions and kept dismissing my answers. Please be aware of the type of people that run this place as this person was rude, argumentative and was not accomodating at all to my enquiries.

Very clean, well looked after park. Small tent sites but beautifully surrounded by foliage. Friendly staff. Right on the beach too, short walk to town. Pool was a hit with the kids.

Good location to the beach.basic cabins. Terrible communication. Misquoted, overcharged and lacked any care about explaining why they charged us $100 more
