Be The Duck reviews
35Cosy little coffee shop with hot and cold food. Was lovely and quiet when I visited. Perfect for a quick cup!
The best cafe in Richmond! Friendly and personable service, amazing coffee and good opening hours! Also love the burgers on a Friday night.
Excellent coffee. Elite bacon and egg rolls and the Friday night burgers are exceptional. Chris and Kim, the owners are very friendly and welcoming and this is definitely my permanent local! 5 stars, highly recommend.
Be the duck is an amazing cafe! The coffee is absolutely delicious. His coffee is home roasted which I have at home and still taste amazing. Chris and Bob are always super friendly and provide excellent customer service! I haven’t yet tried Friday night burgers but I am very excited to try!
Friday nights are the best at this place! Customer service is through the roof and food is even better
Chris and Kim are super friendly.
Great coffee, jaffles.
Also check out their Burger wirh Chips and Beer special on Friday evening. Beers selection are Craft Beers which pair nicely.
Happy to support the small and local business.
Dog friendly too.
Best coffee in Richmond! So glad I found a place close to my work. Chris is so nice and friendly. My new go-to spot for my daily iced mocha
Excellent coffee, great service - and they do burgers on Friday nights! Love your work Chris, keep it up
Brilliant coffee & muffins, and the owner is a legend! I will definitely be back soon to try the awesome sandwich selection!
Friendly service and coffee done to perfection. Love coming here for my daily takeaway or relaxing out back in the quiet courtyard
Discovered this gem cafe just recently and is a absolute favourite.
Top notch coffee, toasties and treats in a large spacious open environment.
Very relaxed and uplifting place to go.
Do yourself a favour and go there.
Went in for the first time and the coffee was absolutely amazing - creamy, aromatic, full bodied and prob one of the best latte's I've had for a very very long time. Also got a jaffle, was pretty good, and very tasty and a slice of banana bread. My husband got an Italian Soda (watermelon) and a choc strawberry muffin. All was baked on site and just delish.
Service was 6 star - thanks Chris!
Love it.beat coffee I've had in Melbourne to date.
Great service good options. Amazing coffee what more do you need? !
Love this place! New owner Chris is so friendly and his coffee is superb. It's a neat little shop with an airy frontage and a shaded/sheltered small garden out the back. A simple but delicious food menu and some of the best coffee I've tasted- and I really appreciate no extra charges for alternative milks. Yum thank you!
Super friendly neighbourhood cafe with excellent toasties and coffee. The ham, pickle & cheese toastie is a must try!
Visited here during the holiday season. It was conveniently open all public holidays. All the staff were so friendly and genuine. The coffee here is delicious and would highly recommend the banana bread!
Coffee is amazing and toasted sandwiches delicious.
Staff is very friendly and excited to have a newly owned local cafe in the area.
Very nice people, but disappointing food. We walked a long way here with heavy suitcases due to the positive reviews and menu selection. The menu was completely different with only offering sandwiches, jaffles and toasties. We ordered the Reuben and chicken & avocado toasties - the bread was packet white bread, the chicken was cheap packet slices rather than chicken breast, only a smidgin of avocado and lots of cheap stringy cheese. Could have made better at home. The chai latte was also mainly milk froth. I wish them the best but would not recommend if you’re looking for a nice breakfast spot.
Friendly staff, great coffee and home made banana bread.
Also loved the home made elderflower soda!
