Easy check in 'n' out for a reasonable price per item ($15/day two bags, $8/day one bag). We just walked in and didn't use the online booking option.

Every major city needs this service. Stuck between a 10am check out and 6pm flight, I was able to simply drop off my luggage, spend the the day in Melbourne without the hassle of carting suitcases and then pick up on route to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Brought in my luggage for a few hours of storage - zero issues. Staff member was pleasant, pricing was lowest in the area, and the venue is in a convenient location.

We had to checked out of our accommodation and still had a couple of hours to spare. However, we had 3 luggage with us and it was inconvenient for us to move around. Fortunately we found this place nearby that could let us deposit our luggage for a very reasonable fee. They provided a tag for easy retrieval and overall the process was smooth. Highly recommended.

Picked up the keys for about air bnb stay from here. This part was probably the most stress free and sanitary part of the whole experience. Lady behind the desk did rattle through all the instructions for the place far to quickly but wasn't prepared to stick around for another rendition as I had a sess pit of an air bnb home to stay in.

It's a strategic place and so convenient to drop and collect my luggages at affordable price. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend this to all my friends and family whenever they visit Melbourne. Keep it up!
