The reception staff are wonderful as well so friendly, helpful & efficient. A pleasure to attend this practice. A really caring practice with many other services available.

I had an issue in the fact rubber gloves were on my physio were needed to just work on me. A 40 minutes appointment only went for 25. Seemed to be a very well set up practice but unfortunately I was not a fan of the physio I was appointed.
Jonathon is super kind and professional. I also appreciate that they intentionally contribute financially to meaningful charities too.
A lovely place with a relaxing atmosphere. I have seen Johnathan and Natalie who were kind, understanding and overall great. They both listened to my problems and were professional and helpful with giving me advice. It was clear that they were knowledgeable and well versed in their fields. I'm sure the other staff at BDHH would be just as good, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Jonathon is excellent with his industry knowledge. I presented him with a typical case of bad habits and extreme pain and walked away with full movement back, pain free, and prevention methods to do from home. I'm forever grateful and have already directed a number of clients to your clinic! Thank you BDHH
I have been seeing the team at By Design Holistic Health for at least 10 years, I believe. At times for intensive work related to an injury but now usually just for maintenance. Excellent staff and great service and support.
I have been seeing Samara for literally years and she’s an amazing Osteo and I couldn’t recommend her more highly! She is makes you feel comfortable. She is warm and friendly while still being professional.
When I haven’t been able to get into her I have seen other staff at the practice and they have also been great!
Jono is an amazing osteo who always sorts my neck and back out. I highly recommend this practice.
