I had my garage doors serviced recently and I had installed smart phone control kit and auto lock for panel max on 08/05/2023. It is working excellent and I am very happy for the product and the installation. I definitely recommend this product to the public without any hesitations. Excellent work.keep it up….

I had a problem with the remote controls for my roller door. It was all resolved promptly and courteously. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service.

My garage door was repaired in just over one week after contacting Helen.
Rueben who arrived to the repair the door was very professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
He went over & above the necessary repair work, re-checking the installation & passing on some maintenance advice to me as well.

Roller unit required replacement, it was a minimum wait of a week after booking for the next available rep and although I had explicitly advised B&D that it was a tenanted property and I needed the quote via email, they left the quote in the mailbox of the tenant. When I called to accept the quote they passed me between 3 divisions, couldn't find the address, then finally told me they need to check with the rep and would get back to me. It's been 24hrs with no call, Eastern Garage Doors quoted me on the phone and had a 3 business-day wait. Take your business elsewhere.

You should really consider shutting your doors, poor service all round! Called out that many times in just one year and still no hope that the garage doors will open at the time you’d want it! Amount of times I’ve had to uber to work cuz I couldn’t take me car out! Bloody pathetic!

B&D are a terrible company to deal with. They required full payment before installation but it took over two months from the installation date for all issues on our two doors to be resolved.

On installation date, the wrong seals were installed, the sensors on one door were faulty, and the doors were not wired in in any way (electrical work was never mentioned as either my our B&D's responsibility in the quotation process). The installers were rude and sarcastic and left the garage in a mess. They handed me the wall button to install myself (it would have taken them all of two minutes to drill two holes in the brick with their tools) and passed me the wireless device to install and configure myself. No attempt was made to provide any instruction on how to use the doors or manual override kit (the cable of which came apart on the first day!). They couldn't have left any faster if they tried.

The first attempt to have the seals and sensors fixed failed because the (this time helpful and friendly) installer wasn't given the correct parts.

It took more than another month and several emails including the threat to involve Consumer Affairs Victoria before I got any further response from B&D, and the same helpful installer finally fixing the issues.

Not once in this drawn out process did anybody acknowledge, apologise for or talk me through the issues I had raised about the above points. I was courteous in all interactions so should not have been dismissed as a bad customer.

It is surprising that what should be a well-regarded company would provide such poor service in 2021 (now 2022). They must be oblivious to online reviews or the value of satisfied customers, positive word-of-mouth or repeat business.

B&d do not take breakdown seriously as my daughter got her panel door not operating it is now three working days all day worry about to charge you the service callout fee

Terrible service from B&D. I went through one of their vendors to replace a garage door. B&D sent the wrong panel out to them on multiple occasions which left me without a working garage door for months. Also, the quality of the product just seems subpar compared to other competitors. I'd recommend staying far away from B&D, after sales and support is slow and of poor service.

Complete utter nightmare to deal with. Was a nightmare to get a quote - they randomly just didn't turn up to the first site inspection, had to reorganise, wait for a time they could come out. They said they were more than able to do what we were wanting to achieve albeit within a 10-12 week lead-time (which we accepted). Just before I was to finalise payment they contact me to say they're unable to do the garage door because of a new company mandate that magically appeared. Wasted four weeks of my time. Judging from the other reviews, seems like I've dodged a bullet!

B&D came out, looked at my garage and recommended a Panel lift roller door and I lock system, spared no expense. Fitted by B&D December 2020, failed March 2021, technician says no warranty because condensation has corroded the circuit board, perfect example of poorly designed item not fit for purpose. Make sure you don't make the same mistake I did.

Another zero star or - 100 to this hopeless service.
If you want a hassle and bad service, so that is your best place to get your garage door from.
Nothing organised, wrong orders, bad appointments.everything you can imagine.

Zero stars is too much for B&D, have never dealt with a big company like this which so unprofessional & unorganised. There own departments can't communicate with each other & keeps on telling you to contact someone else. They can't be bothered to assist you as they are very busy. Don't forget it's because of customers your company is in business. You stop caring about them they will go somewhere else. Will never recommend them to anyone. Just hopeless staff full of attitude.

Good quality door, terrible electronics and terrible organization by the company. The B&D install office rescheduled without notifying me. The door eventually was installed, however the little sensors down the bottom of the door are faulty and need to be replaced. The two guys who installed the door were absolute legends, however, I still can not recommend the company as a whole.

We recently (27/5) had a Band D double door fitted.
First dealt with Dean from sales, he came to our house was pleasant and I didn't feel under pressure at all. After paying deposit you then are required to deal with the Installation Department. Dealing with the Installation Department I had to make several calls as they didn't return calls. I spoke to various people there and I felt like an inconvenience not a customer. The only way I got anywhere was getting Dean involved again to help with booking.
The two installers were great with a real can do attitude, thank you.
Unfortunately I found the service from the Installation Department that bad I can only give two stars and will not recommend to friends.

At first loved working for this company.now after the lies and intimidation I'm glad to be out.management not helpful with issues when they arose.and zero accountability when they make a mistake they just blame the staff and get rid of them when you stand up for yourself.l learnt 1 thing from management.never to work there again.

Where to start. What an awesome company B&D are. Dan the sales representative that came out to see me gave me a good price and answered all my calls and so did the office with no hassels just pure professionalism. From deposit to paying the final bill and to installation.

Thankyou Dan and B&D staff for my roller door after 15 years having a lock up panel door i love my new motorised roller door.

Call them today they are the best you wont regret it!

B and D lack any level of customer service or common decency. I paid for in full, the supply and installation of 2 garage doors. Roller door was installed without issue. However, an error with clearances on the panel door meant it couldn’t be installed. No resolution was offered other than a new door at the same inflated rate as the first one. B and D kept my payment for the unusable door, without an offer to return it to me or refund the install cost paid. $3200.45 out of pocket and no garage door to show for it. No calls or email from management, no offer to supply a new door at a discounted rate, and kept the money for the supply and installation of a door I can’t use that’s now being kept in their warehouse. Pathetic. Avoid them at all costs.

B&D were fantastic, took payment over the phone (due to Covid) wore the safety gear to prevent any spread. Highly recommend.
