BCS Strata Management

Owned a property with them for many years and when i sold the property. My conveyancer has cleared all outstanding body corporate fee when the property has settled. But these guys kept sending me letters of new body corporate fee when I'm no longer the owner of the house.

My conveyancer and I have contacted them multiple times via email + phone call to inform them I'm no longer the owner of the property. They refuse to update their system and sent their legal team to harass me.

Honestly the only thing these guys are good at is to collect your money. Would give them 0 star if I could, but I guess 1 star to them for their endeavour on chasing up payment with the wrong people.

Update: Last week the regional manager contacted me and informed me that they did receive the notice of disposition, he asked for the emails that my conveyancer and i have sent to bodycorp. I have done so and thought that was the end since i did not hear back from him. But guess again. Today there is another letter in my mail box and it is the same letter about outstanding bodycorp fee. Yup.if this doesnt stop. I will be speaking with a lawyer soon.:)

Kritsana has really helped to literally clean our apartment block up! We have ongoing issues with a hoarder and a previous BC representative had been unwilling to assist. Kritsana listened to concerns, came up with an action plan and followed through to completion. She chairs meetings with honesty, kindness and a genuine desire to help. General maintenance carried out on schedule. Faults reported are followed up and fixed. Very responsive and customer service oriented BCS Manager.

We changed strata managers immediately following the expiration of an "old style" locked-in 10 year (5 by 2) O C Manager contract. Fei Ye (BCS Strata Management) has been managing our apartment building for several months. He continues to be quick responding, diligent, fair, clear and concise, and focused in all his dealings with the O C Committee and in his interfacing with key sub contractors. We have had many significant and long overdue improvements in the past several months: full internal Common Property (CP) internal painting, new more efficient and clearer/brighter CP lighting, new CP carpet and a new security system which is almost commissioned, as well as several key contracts being re-assigned to others. Everything about our building is rapidly improving and Fei's continuing efforts, management and interfacing abilities have greatly assisted us in this progress. Thank you BCS and Fei.

Fei Ye looks after a building I own an apartment in. He is an excellent OC Manager, I should know because I’m a residential Property Manager myself so I’ve dealt with all the other companies out there.
Fei is highly responsive, very pleasant to deal with and does a great job for us all.

Tina is a very proactive Manager who goes out of her way to work with the committee ensuring our property is well maintained and managed.

Absolutely disappointed every time I called them and faced bunch of rude operators.
I wish they would be more responsible and respectful!
I do not recommend BCS for any building.

I have dealt with this organisation for over 10 years and nothing has been too much trouble. From a flooded apartment to renovations and structural work such as underpinning our building, all of our strata managers have been excellent. Scott Morton is no exception. He is currently assisting with rubbish disposal as we tackle a new system of waste management. Kudos to this organisation.

We recently made the decision to change Body Corporate Managers and couldn't be more happy with our decision. The Transition Manager bought a wealth of knowledge and experience which gave us the confidence to engage BCS they went above and beyond to make the move seamless.
Our new body corporate manager Savitha is amazing she is professional and an absolute delight to work with. We have faced several significant issues which she has been proactive and mindful in her approach. Savitha has a wealth of information and experience in property management she has exceptional customer service and communication skills that enable her to easily convey information to people at different stages of the property journey. She has bought much comfort, peace of mind and confidence with the service she has provided and reaffirms we have the right people looking after our properties.
