Since 2010 BCI Glass - Leo has put up large mirrors for me in three different Pilates studios and each time his work is spot on and the rooms look great afterward and the mirrors are perfect. Leo is passionate about doing a great job and I always know that this will be the case. If I move to a fourth studio BCI Glass will be my only choice. Thank you Leo!

We originally used Leo to supply and install new shower screens when we renovated. He was able to install at short notice and on the quoted price. We then had Leo supply and install mirrors to the bathrooms. Again, he came when we needed him and on cost. The workmanship his crew showed was excellent. Leo actually suggested a better plan for the job.
Most recently we had Leo install a doggy door in one of our large windows. We're extremely pleased with the job.

The owner was happy to provide a quote. But I found his quote insane, he quoted 400$ to replace 650x800 panel at ground level. I admit that I'm unaware of local rates. He wanted to replace broken 3mm glass with 6mm, where 4mm would suffice. Well, finally I decided to do it myself.

Called to ask for the service, really RUDE i have never been treated as poorly in any place just for a phone call to ask the price

My tenant keeps breaking the glass in a slide out rangehood and I know I can quickly and inexpensively have a piece of glass cut to size at BCI Glass.

Sent Leo a drawing and he read it completely wrong and cut the glass incorrectly, has the nerve to tell me it's my fault and he's not going to loose money. He could have called me to verify the drawing but no he cut the glass wrong and won't take responsibility. Read the one star reviews this is the guy you will be dealing with. Very disappointing as I always support local business.

Whilst it is my Real Estate's choice to use Leo, I am ALWAYS happy to receive the call that he is coming to fix a window! Efficient, friendly, GREAT with communication (turns up when he says he will!) and cleans up after the job. I live in quite an old building with very tricky windows, and nothing has ever been a problem for Leo and the gang. HIGHLY recommend!
