Not a bad place, I would give my hat off to a young man, i saw his name badge read Hamish he was very lovely and knew what he was doing he had a smile constantly which was very nice to see.

Always get good service from the helpful staff. There are really good deals to be had as well. The stock levels are generally very good

This is the first time I've made a review, I was in store a few days ago and a women im assuming the store manager having a go again assuming her assistant manager on the shops floor. To me that is extremely unprofessional and conversations should be had in the office not on the shop floor for us customers to hear. She is clearly not a nice manager because how she spoke was absolutely awful, I walked out with no purchasing a thing and I will never return to a business that allows there managers to carry on in this way she should be ashamed of her self.

Very helpful manager lots of knowledge granddaughter bought a rod for hey BF birthday got home and it was split at the end our fault for not checking.

Terrific service, was only buying an outdoor chair but the lady gave me lots of time and attention, ended up buying 4 things. The store is well presented and lots of parking

I love BCF. They have all your fishing needs and most of your camping needs. The staff are friendly and helpful when you need advice. Reasonably priced considering their overheads

I stopped by hoping for a quick trip since I was in a rush. I was waiting for a while to be served at the front counter since 'Julz' was on the phone to what seemed to be a friend and was discussing what she was doing on the weekend and when they should catch up. She didn't ask for any assistance but another staff member served me and 4 other customers whilst she continued her 'very important' phone call concerning her weekend plans. Whilst shopping a young lady asked if I needed help and helped me to purchase a solar panel and a battery box and was amazing. The younger workers seemed more eager to help customers unlike some of the grown ups in the store.

Really good BCF, Huge range of a fishing gear, especially soft plastics and lines. The staff were very helpful and friendly

A good bunch of team members who know their product very well and know alot about the industry, as they go fishing and camping themselves.
They go out of their way to make sure you always get the best price on what you are buying.

I ordered kayaks via click and collect on the 11th December. I came from just over an hour away as Traralgon was my closest store and had none in stock. The lady that answered the phone when I was enquiring was so helpful and when it came time to collect the same lady that answered the phone organised to have them wrapped up in bags to somewhat hide them and then organised to bring them out to the car and put them in the back canopy.

Unfortunately they did not have what I needed in stock, but the young man who served me was very friendly. He took my name and number for when the item does return in stock (and let me know it may take a while), and suggested another place I could look locally if I need it before then. Great service!

A little on the expensive side but with a large range of caravan and camping equipment which is usually what I go there for.

Really happy with the customer service; the lady who served me had a chill nature and showed me great deals. The store is huge and well displayed along with the car park being decent. The location is great as it’s near a bunch of other great stores and makes your shopping trip extra worthwhile.

Absolutley loved the helpful staff! I was in and out in a whizz and the Ladies in there were just so wonderful. Grabbing exactly what i wanted for me, understanding i didnt have long they were all too lovely in offering to help me carry to my car!

For a store based at the foot of the high country and a good hour plus from any water, it seems to have an excessive amount of fishing gear. I've seen other BCF's have a bigger spread of camping, hunting and 4x4 gear and less fishing gear based on the location. Been in a couple of times when heading away and they don't have what I need in stock because of this. Otherwise it's still a good standard BCF store with helpful staff and decent prices.
